Ծաղկաձորի այցեքարտը վերականգնում են

Ծաղկաձորի ամենահայտնի շենքերից մեկը՝ «Գոլդեն Փելես» հյուրանոցը առաջիկայում կրկին կդառնա քաղաքի այցեքարտերից մեկը և իր դռները կբացի այցելուների առաջ։

Հեղափոխությունից հետո պետությանը փոխանցված հյուրանոցը տարիներ շարունակ մնում էր պետական հաշվեկշռում, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը զգալի միջոցներ է ներդնում այդ տարածքի անվտանգությունը ապահովելու համար։

Այս տարվա սկզբին հյուրանոցը 5 միլիարդ դրամով վաճառվեց «Պռոյեկտ ինտեր-ինվեստ» անվանումով ընկերությանը։ Ընկերության սեփականատեր Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը պարտավորվել է առաջիկա 5 տարիներում կատարել 4,5 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրում, ստեղծել առնվազն 100 աշխատատեղ։ 

Գնման գործարքից հետո հայաստանյան մամուլում և հասարակության մեջ ինչ անհեթեթ վարկածներ ասես, որ չքաշվեցին, թեև կարող էին նայել ընդամենը պետական փաստաթղթերը և պարզել, որ Հայաստանի խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում գտնվող ընկերությունը տարիներ շարունակ զգալի հարկեր է վճարել։

Այս օրերին Ծաղկաձորում մեծ թափով ընթանում են հյուրանոցի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները։ Շահագործումից դուրս եկած և գրեթե վթարային վիճակում գտնվող շենքը ամբողջությամբ վերափոխվելու է, նորովի է ներկայանալու հանրությանը։ 

Ընկերությունը ամրացման, հարդարման շինաշխատանքներ է իրականացնում հյուրանոցի տարածքում, իսկ հզոր ընկերության հավակնորդ ղեկավարությունը ոչինչ չի խնայում, որպեսզի հյուրանոցը կարողանա մրցել Հայաստանում իր բոլոր մրցակիցների հետ։

«Գոլդեն Փելես»-ի վերազինումն ապացուցում է, որ հյուրանոցը ճիշտ սեփականատիրոջ ձեռքին է հայտնվել, ով կատարում է իր բոլոր պարտավորությունները՝ ի հեճուկս հոռետեսների։
