Աշխարհը գնում է արևային էներգիայի ճանապարհով. իսկ Հայաստա՞նը

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը Միացյալ Նահանգներում գործարկել է ռազմական ժամանակաշրջանի լիազորությունները, որպեսզի երկրում ավելացնի արևային մարտկոցների և վահանակների արտադրությունը էկոլոգիապես մաքուր էներգիա ստանալու համար։

Սպիտակ տան տեղեկություններով, ամիսներ շարունակ ամերիկյան վարչակազմը միջոցներ է ձեռնարկել երկրում էներգետիկ կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու առումով։ Եվ այսօր արդեն հունիս ամսվանից սկսած Միացյալ Նահանգներում նոր մեծ մեթոդներ են գործարկվել արևային էներգիայի արտադրության առումով։

Էներգետիկայի նախարար Ջենիֆեր Գրենհոլմի խոսքով՝ նույնիսկ Միացյալ Նահանգներին է անհրաժեշտ վերականգնել անկախությունը մաքուր էներգետիկայի ոլորտում։

«Չափազանց երկար և չափազանց ուժեղ է ազդում մատակարարումների շղթայի խափանումը մեր երկրի վրա, և մենք կախված ենք օտարերկրյա աղբյուրներից և մեր թշնամի ազգերից»,- հայտարարել է նախարարը։

Նույնիսկ աշխարհի թիվ մեկ պետությունը հասկանում է էներգիայի անհրաժեշտությունը և այդպիսի էներգիայի արտադրության հարցերում ռազմական դրության միջոցներ ձեռնարկում՝ հստակ գիտակցելով, որ հենց դա է իր էներգետիկ անկախության աղբյուրը։ Իրավիճակը գրեթե նույնական է նաև այլ գերտերություններում։

Ռուսաստանը ևս իր ահռելի էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների պայմաններում մտածում է արևային էլեկտրակայանների թվի ավելացման մասին։ Իսկ Չինաստանում ամբողջական տարածքներ են հատկացվում արևային էներգիայի էլեկտրակայանների համար։

Հայաստանն այս առումով, իհարկե, ոչ միայն հետ է մնում, այլ ընդհանրապես կարելի է ասել զրոյական իրավիճակում է։ Մի երկրում, որտեղ կա արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոն»-ը, բարդ է խոսել արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման հեռանկարների մասին։

Որքան էլ պետությունը քաղաքականություն մշակի, իրավիճակը բարդանում է այն առումով, որ հստակ գործողություններ այս ուղղությամբ որևէ մեկս չենք նկատում։ Այլապես պետությունն ինքը շահագրգիռ կլիներ Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընկերությունների թիվն ավելացնելու, գործող ընկերությանը հարկային կամ այլ արտոնություններ տրամադրելու, ինչպես նաև նպաստելու հնարավորությունների մեծացման հարցում։

Մեր տարածաշրջանում, որտեղ արևը բարենպաստ է էներգիա ստանալու համար, իսկ մեր երկիրը զուրկ է էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներից՝ նավթից և գազից, միայն ատոմակայանով անհնար է ապահովել էներգետիկ անկախությունը, առավել ևս, որ ատոմակայանի շահագործման ժամկետը հավերժ չէ։ Ինչևէ, հարկ է ընդգծել, որ պետությունն ինքը պարտավոր է լուրջ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալները մեծացնելու հարցում։
