Կլոունադա՞, թե քաղաքական դաշտի ճգնաժամ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանյան գրեթե ամբողջ քաղաքական լրատվական ու սոցցանցային դաշտը ողողված է դերասան, երգիծաբան Սերգեյ Դանիելյանի կողմից «Քաղաքացիական ակտիվ քայլ» անվանումով կուսակցություն հիմնադրելու մասին հայտարարության քննարկումներով։ Կուսակցության հապավումը մեղմ ասած բարեհունչ չէ և պետք է ասել, որ ընտրված է միտումնավոր կերպով։ Հենց այս առումով էլ անգամ քաղաքական դաշտի ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները խստորեն սկսեցին քննադատել երգիծաբանի բավական հակասական քայլերը, որոնք իրավամբ էլ մի շարք հարցեր են առաջադրում։ Նախ և առաջ պետք է շեշտել, որ նման անվանումով և նման հայտարարություններով կուսակցության կամ ընդհանրապես միավորման ասպարեզում հայտնվելը բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ է բարձրացնում։
Ակնհայտորեն Սերգեյ Դանիելյանի նախաձեռնությունը լիովին անլրջացնում է ընդհանրապես քաղաքական դաշտը և քաղաքական պայքարը։ Հենց այս տեսանկյունից են հանդես գալիս մի շարք ընդդիմադիր գործիչներ և ակտիվիստներ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն շեշտում են, որ Դանիելյանի գործունեությունը պարզապես բխում է իշխանության շահերից, քանի որ իշխանությունը նույնպես տարիներ շարունակ զբաղված է մոտավորապես նույն գործունեությամբ՝ հեղինակազրկելով Հայաստանում ընտրական և ընդհանրապես քաղաքական գործընթացները։
Թերևս նման կարծիքի մեջ առկա են որոշակի ռեալ տարրեր, քանի որ ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանում ընտրական և քաղաքական գործընթացների նկատմամբ հասարակական անվստահության առկայության պայմաններում ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն, որը հարվածելու է այդ գործընթացների վարկանիշին, բնականաբար վնասելու ընդհանրապես երկրում քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորմանը, որը ներկայում էլ աննախանձելի վիճակում է։
Մյուս կողմից նման կուսակցության ստեղծման հեռանկարի պայմաններում վտանգի տակ է հայտնվում մի շարք ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների ընտրազանգվածը, քանի որ քաղաքական կուսակցություններից հիասթափության ֆոնին հասարակության մի հատվածը ուղղակիորեն լոյալ դիրք է ընդունել քաղաքական գործընթացների նկատմամբ և միայն այս պատճառով, պարզապես կարող են ընտրել ՔԱՔ կուսակցությանը։ Սակայն մյուս կողմից, եթե հայաստանյան կուսակցությունները և առավելապես ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները մրցակից են տեսնում ի դեմս Դանիելյանի կուսակցության կամ նրան ընդհանրապես դիտարկում են որպես քաղաքական գործոն կամ գործիք, ապա պետք է նշել, որ այդ կուսակցությունները խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ են, քանի որ եթե մի նախաձեռնություն, որը նույնիսկ հնարավոր չէ բնութագրել, կարող է քաղաքական մրցակից ընկալվել որևէ կուսակցության կողմից, ապա այդ կուսակցությունն ուղղակի անելիք չունի քաղաքական դաշտում։
Մյուս կողմից, քաղաքական դաշտի անլրջացման վտանգը, որն ի դեպ իրական է, խորհել է տալիս այն մասին, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում լուրջ խմբագրումների կարիք կա, քանի որ Դանիելյանի նախաձեռնության նման բազմաթիվ այլ այդօրինակ նախաձեռնություններ կարող են ի հայտ գալ, որոնք արդյունքում պարզապես անիմաստ կդարձնեն քաղաքականությունը երկրի կյանքում, իսկ բոլոր գործընթացներն ուղղակի կընթանան ձեռնածության ժանրում։
