Ելենա Կիրակոսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

Հայաստանում նպաստառու ընտանիքների թիվը մոտ 84 000 է: Նպաստները միջինում կազմում են 30 հազար դրամ: Մինչդեռ նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղի արժեքը վերջին պաշտոնական տվյալներով
76 300 դրամ է: Վերջին ամիսների գնաճի միջին տեմպը 2+ % է, ուստի թանկացումներով ճշգրտված, նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղն այս պահին վստահաբար ավելի թանկ է: Փաստորեն՝ այն ներկայումս շատ ավելի անհասանելի է առնվազն 84000 ընտանիքի համար: Իսկ իրականում նվազագույն կենսական պահանջների բավարարման խնդիր ունեցող ընտանիքների թիվը կարելի է անգամներով բազմապատկել, քանի որ այս պահին նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղի արժեքն էականորեն բարձր է նաև նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափից (68 000 դրամ):
Ի՞նչ պետք է անի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձն այս պարագայում, ի՞նչ պետք է անի բնակչության անաշխատունակ հատվածը: Որտե՞ղ է այս պարագայում պետության սոցիալական պատասխանատվության բաղադրիչը…
Եթե տարին մեկ անգամ առկա գնաճի և կենսական կարիքների նվազագույն սահմանաչափի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեցող եկամուտների մասնակի բարձրացումներում, ապա՝ անարդյունք փնտրտուք է սպասվում մեզ:
Պարզապես ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ ո՛չ 2022 թ. հունվարի մեկից թոշակների և նպաստների միջինում 3000 դրամ կազմող բարձրացումներն էին որոշ ապրանքների մասով 40 %-անոց գնաճին համապատասխան, ո՛չ էլ 2023թ.-ի հունվարից նախատեսվող բարձրացումներն են երաշխավորված, որ կծածկեն անհրաժեշտ կարիքների բավարարման խնդիրը: Հատկապես, որ նույն գնաճի հետ կապված ո՛չ փորձագիտական հանրույթի, ո՛չ ԿԲ-ի կողմից կանխատեսումներով չեն ակնկալվում շուտափույթ դրական փոփոխություններ:
Ուստի կրկին հարց է առաջանում՝ որտե՞ղ է պետության սոցիալական պատասխանատվության բաղադրիչը:
