Քաշքշուկներ, վիրավորանքներ չեն եղել. ԱԱԾ-ն մերժել է

Մայիսի վերջին 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայողների մի խումբ ծնողներ հանդիպել էին Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հետ: Այդ հանդիպումից հետո մի քանի ծնողներ տեղեկություն էին տարածել, որ հանդիպումն անցել է լարված մթնոլորտում, նույնիսկ միջադեպ է եղել կոմիտեի նախագահի հետ: 

Այդ լուրերից հետո պարզաբանում ներկայացրեց Քննչական կոմիտեն՝ անհիմն և արհեստական որակելով հանդիպման մասին լրատվամիջոցներում և սոցցանցերում տարածված մեկնաբանությունները:

Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնեցին, որ ավելի քան 40 ծնողների և հարազատների մասնակցությամբ կայացած հանդիպումը ընդհատվել է ծնողներից մեկի բուռն արձագանքով, ինչին հաջորդել է հարազատներից մեկի սադրող միջամտությունը, որից հետո կոմիտեի նախագահը փորձել է պարզել ստեղծված լարվածությունը ակնհայտ հրահրողի նպատակադրումները:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում չեն եղել քաշքշուկներ, վիրավորանքներ, ինչը փաստում է դահլիճում առկա անվտանգության տեսախցիկի տեսագրությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ միջադեպի հետ կապված զոհված զինծառայողների մի քանիսի հարազատների կողմից հաղորդում է ներկայացվել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն: ԱԱԾ Քննչական դեպարտամենտում պատշաճ իրավական ընթացակարգի պահպանմանբ պատրաստվել էին նյութեր: Ազգային անվտանգության տնօրենի խորհրդական Վահե Ենգիբարյանը մանրամասներ հաղորդեց գործի ուսումնասիրության վերաբերյալ:

«Նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր, որոնց արդյունքում հերքվել են և փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք չեն բերվել Քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից`որևէ հակաիրավական արարք կատարելու վերաբերյալ: Այնուհետև դրանց հիման վրա որոշում է կայացվել քրեական գործի հարուցում մերժելու մասին»:

ԱԱԾ-ից հայտնեցին նաև, որ գործի հետագա իրավական ընթացքը իրենց տիրույթում չէ. կողմերը իրավունք ունեն որոշումը բողոքարկել:
