Զոհված զինվորների հարազատները Արթուր Դավթյանին մեկ օր ժամանակ են տվել

Զոհված զինվորների հարազատներն այսօր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ հանդիպել են ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի հետ: Հանդիպումից հետո ծնողները հայտարարեցին, որ Արթուր Դավթյանին մեկ օր ժամանակ են տվել, որպեսզի բավարարի իրենց պահանջը և Քննչական կոմիտեից քրեական գործը տեղափոխել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը.

«Հանդիպումը տվեց շատ կարճ, որովհետեւ մեկ պահանջ ներակայացրինք՝ գործը տեղափոխել ԱԱԾ: Դա քննարկում կամ հարց ու պատասխան չէր, այլ պահանջ, որը հստակ փոխանցեցինք, ասել ենք՝ գործը պետք է ուղարկես ԱԱԾ եւ պատասխան չենք էլ ակնկալել: Ինքն ունի մեկ օր ժամանակ»,- Արթուր

Դավթյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարեց զոհված զինծառայողի ծնող Վիգեն Ազատյանը:

Նա նաև հայտնեց, որ այսօր հավաքելու են Ազատության հրապարակում տեղադրած իրենց վրանները.

«Այն ինչ ուզում էինք անել վրանների միջոցով, դա արվել է, պայքարը շարունակվելու է և՛ Դատազախությունում, և՛ ԱԱԾ-ում, ինչու ոչ, նաև փողոցում»,-ասաց նա:

Ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էինք, որ զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներն այսօր բողոքի ակցիա են արել Դատախազության շենքի առջև: Նրանք պահանջում են, որ Քննչական կոմիտեում 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով (պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահում, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ) հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցել ԱԱԾ-ին։ Ծնողները պահանջում են նաև, որ գործը քննվի առերևույթ պետական դավաճանության 299-րդ հոդվածով, և որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կանչվի հարցաքննության:
