«Այն ամենը, ինչ պայմանավորվել ենք, իրագործվում է». Պուտինը խոսել է Ալիևի հետ համատեղ պլանի մասին

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ու ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հանդիպել են Աշխաբադում Կասպյան վեցերորդ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հայտարարել է իր ռուս գործընկերոջ հետ տարածաշրջանային հակամարտությունների կարգավորման հարցերը քննարկելու պատրաստակամության մասին։

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ղեկավարն իր հերթին հայտարարել է ՌԴ վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինի և Պետդումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինի` Բաքու այցի նախապատրաստման մասին։

«Մեր հարաբերությունները շատ լավ վիճակում են գտնվում: Այն ամենը, ինչ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, իրագործվում է։ Շրջանառությունն աճում է: Անցած տարի այն աճել է ավելի քան 16 տոկոսով, իսկ մեր վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ այս տարվա առաջին երեք ամիսներին աճել է մոտ 5,5 տոկոսով, այսինքն՝ կայուն աճը շարունակվում է։ Քաղաքական շփումներ: Բոլորովին վերջերս այնտեղ էր մեր արտաքին գործերի նախարարը, շնորհակալություն, որ ժամանակ տրամադրեցիք նրան ընդունելու համար։ Նախապատրաստվում են մեր վարչապետի եւ Պետդումայի նախագահի այցերը։ Բայց ամենակարևորը` մեր ծրագրերի իրականացումն է, ավելի ճիշտ՝ մինչև 2024 թվականը մեր համատեղ պլանը։ Այն ամենը, ինչ մենք ունենք, առաջ է շարժվում: Իհարկե, կան տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության խնդիրներ, այդ թվում, և առաջին հերթին՝ ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման հետ կապված։ Մենք դա քննարկել ենք Ձեզ հետ, և այժմ հնարավորություն կլինի ավելի շատ խոսել այս թեմայի շուրջ։ Ուզում եմ հատկապես շնորհակալություն հայտնել այն գաղափարների համար, որոնք Դուք ձևակերպել եք մեր ոչ պաշտոնական հաղորդակցության, ոչ պաշտոնական ընթրիքի ժամանակ։ Դա գործնական էր բառիս ամենաբարձր իմաստով, գործընկերները շատ հետաքրքիր առաջարկներ արեցին տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության զարգացման համար։ Ուստի, ամեն դեպքում, մեր հանդիպումն արդեն շահեկան է, և երկկողմ հարաբերությունները մեր երկկողմ զրույցից այժմ լրացուցիչ խթան կստանան»,- ասել է Պուտինը։
