Այս քարուքանդ ճանապարհը կապում է Սյունիքը Հայաստանի մնացյալ հատվածների հետ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը:

«Ասֆալտապատման հողատու ավազակների ավերը...

Ամեն անգամ Արցախի մի կարեւոր մասի, Շուշիի, Հադրութի կորստյան, հազարավոր զոհերի, վիրավորների, անարդարության, աշխարհում մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի ներկայացուցիչների գլխիկոր շրջելու հայտարարություններին ի պատասխան՝ այս հողատուների գլխավոր ու թերեւս միակ փաստարկ-արդարացումն ասֆալտապատումն է։ Հրապարակում են թվեր տասնյակ կիլոմետրերի մասին՝ մոռանալով Քարվաճառի նորակառույց ճանապարհը, եղածն ու արվածը։ Նախօրեին Մեղրի գնալուց նորից ասֆալտը եկավ մտքիս։ Այս անգամ կորսված, 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերին գաղտնի, դավադիր փաստաթղթով թշնամուն հանձնված Սյունիքի Գորիս-Որոտան-Շուռնուխ-Կարմրաքար հատվածի փոխարեն, պարտադրված ենք բոլորս երթեւեկել իշխանության կողմից իբրեւ փրկօղակ ու այլընտրանք ներկայացված Տաթեւ- Աղվանի-Շրվենանց-Կապան ճանապարհով։ Աչք փակելու, ապագա խոստանալու, դավադրաբար թշնամուն Սյունիքի միջպետական ճանապարհի 21 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածը հանձնելն արդարացնելու համար իշխանությունը բազում կոռուպցիոն, անօրինական քայլերով ծախսեց ընդհանուր առմամբ (ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ) 5 մլրդ 274 մլն դրամ, հանուն 43 կիոլմետրանոց ճանապարհի։ Բոլորը նախորդ տարի ճանապարհի կառուցման ու բացման ժամանակ նկարվեցին, հպարտացան, հայտարարեցին, թե իրանական բեռնատարները կարող են ազատ երթեւեկել։

Սա 2021 թվականին, երբ հողատուները հայտարարում էին, թե ճանապարհը կառուցվել է, ձմռանն արդեն Նիկոլը վնասված ճանապարհի համար արդարանում էր՝ արագ են արել ու ասֆալտի մեկ շերտ է դրվել։ 2020-ին իհարկե այլ բան էր խոստանում… «հիմա շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի մենք այդ ճանապարհի բնականոն և անվտանգ գործունեությունը կարողանանք ապահովել »։ (2020 թ. 16 դեկտեմբեր, Ազատություն ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույց)։

Ավիրվածությունը կապ չունի ասֆալտի շերտերի հետ։ Նիկոլը Հայրենիքի մի հատվածը տվել է թշնամուն, փոխարենը չի կարող անվտանգ ու ապահով այլ ուղի գտնել, ու սարերով անհնար է ապահով մայրուղի կառուցել։

Իսկ հիմա նայեք նախօրեին արված այս լուսանկարները, դիտեք տեսանյութերը։ Սա՞ է այընտրանքային միջպետական ճանապարհը, անվտանգը, ասֆալտապատածը, բարեկարգվածը։

Այս քարուքանդ ճանապարհը կապում է Սյունիքը Հայաստանի մնացյալ հատվածների հետ։ Փող ուտել, ասֆալտը խժռել, կոռուպցիա…սրանք նիկոլի հետ կապ չունե՞ն։

Ի դեպ, առանձին ներկայացնում եմ Սյունիքի մեկ այլ՝ M2 ճանապարհահատվածի՝ Սարավան-Սարալանջի քանի օր առաջվա վիճակը (լուսանկարները՝ մեկնաբանությունում)։ Գրեթե փակ մայրուղի, ավերակ վիճակ։ Շինարարներն արդարանում էին՝ նախորդ տարի սխալ են կառուցել։ Հիմա նորից սարքում են։ Ու ասֆալտով հպարտացող, ասֆալտի ավազակների աչքը որևէ մեկը աչքը չի խոթում, թե ինչու է նոր արված, տեսանյութերում գեղեցիկ ներկայացված ասֆալտի մակերեսը մոտ կես մետր ավելի նեղ։ Դե հաշվեք, որքան տասնյակ միլիոն դրամ գնաց ու կորավ։

Երեկ Մեղրիից վերադառնալիս մտքումս էր Սյունիքում ամեն քայլափոխի հանդիպող մեր հայրենակիցների առաջին հարցը՝ տեսա՞ր ճանապարհի վիճակը։ Պատասխանս կարճ էր. լուծումը մեկն է՝ դրան ու իր թիմակից հողատու ավազակներին օր առաջ դուրս շպրտել»,- գրել է նա։
