Ալիևի հայտարարությունների, բողոքների հիմքում նրա հավակնությունն է՝ առավելագույնը ստանալ գործընթացից

Լավրովը շարունակում է պնդել, որ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ձևաչափն այլևս գոյություն չունի, այնինչ ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստ է շարունակել համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ Մինսկի խմբում՝ հանուն ղարաբաղյան խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման։ Գերտերությունների նման փոփոխական քաղաքականությունը  պարզաբանելու նպատակով  Լուրեր.com-ը զրուցեց  քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի հետ:

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ վերջին ժամանակահատվածում խոշոր խաղացողները շատ հաճախ են իրար հակասող բաներ ասում, բազում նման օրինակներ կան թե՛ Ռուսաստանի և թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ի ու Ֆրանսիայի հետ կապված: Ինչ-որ ժամանակ առաջ Ռուսաստանը Լավրովի շուրթերով ասում էր, որ կա Մինսկի խումբ, ուղղակի Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ-ն  իրենց հետ չեն ուզում աշխատել: Բայց վերջերս և՛ Եվրամիությունը՝ ի դեմս Ֆրանսիայի, և՛ ԱՄՆ-ն հայտարարեցին, որ  պատրաստ են խոսել Ռուսաստանի հետ ԼՂՀ հարցով: Մեկ այլ օրինակ, ԱՄՆ-ն և Եվրամիությունը Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև պատերազմի սկսվելուց հետո հայտարարեցին, որ համաձայն չեն խոսել Ռուսաստանի հետ, հիմա փոխեցին կարծիքը՝ համաձայն են:

Այս փոփոխականության պատճառը մեկն է՝ամեն երկիր փորձում է իր շահերն առաջ տանել»,-նշեց Ս. Գրիգորյանը:

Իսկ թե որն է Ռուսաստանի շահը ներկայումս նման դիրքորոշում հայտնելու, նա պարզաբանեց այսպես.
«Ես չեմ բացառում, որ Ռուսաստանը նման դիրքորոշում է որդեգրել, քանի որ մտահոգված է, որ չի կարող իր ծրագրերը միանձնյա իրականացնել Կովկասում, իսկ Մինսկի խմբի ակտիվությունը խնդիրներ է առաջացնում այդ ճանապարհին: Այդ պատճառով այսօր այսպես է խոսում, վաղը գուցե այլ բան ասի:

Ես կարծում եմ, որ նրանք ինչ-որ որոշումներ են ուզում «անցկացնել» ի օգուտ Ադրբեջանի,  որպեսզի Թուրքիան ի օգուտ Ռուսաստանի քայլեր անի, օրինակ, վետո դնի Շվեցիայի և Ֆինլանդիայի մուտքին դեպի ՆԱՏՕ, քանի որ Ռուսաստանի կարևոր նպատակներից մեկը  է  թուլացնել ՆԱՏՕ-ն և Եվրամիությունը: Թուրքիան պահանջում է Ռուսաստանից բավարարել Ադրբեջանի պահանջները ԼՂՀ համակարտության լուծման հարցում: Իսկ այդ հարցում Ռուսաստանին խանգարում է ԱՄՆ-ի  ևԵվրամիության դիրքորոշումը՝ ԼՂՀ-ում ապրող հայերի  իրավունքները հարգելու և ԼՂՀ կարգավիճակի հարցի լուծման հետ կապված»,-ավելացրեց Ս. Գրիգորյանը:

Ալիևը դժգոհել  է նաև, որ Հայաստանը ձգձգում էխաղաղության օրակարգը և չի կատարում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները, այնինչ  դա, մեղմ ասած, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
«Հայաստանը դեմ չէ խաղաղության օրակարգին, ակտիվ աշխատում է սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման, ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման հարցերի ուղղությամբ, իսկ Ալիևի հայտարարությունների, բողոքների հիմքում նրա  հավակնությունն է՝ առավելագույնը ստանալ այդ գործընթացից»:  

Այժմ կարևոր հարց է, թե այս իրավիճակում ինչպիսի գործելակերպ պետք է որդեգրի Հայաստանը իրշահերը պաշտպանելու համար:  

«Առաջին հերթին՝ Հայաստանը պետք է ակտիվ աշխատի աշխարհի հետ՝ միևնույն ժամանակ, փորձելով ազդել Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականության վրա, թեև Ռուսաստանն անկանխատեսելի է:

Նկատելի է, որ այսօր ՀՀ-ն ակտիվացրել է իրարտաքին քաղաքականությունը, աշխատում է եվրոպական երկրների, ԱՄՆ-ի, Հնդկաստանի, Իրանի, ընդհուպ՝ Քաթարի հետ, բայց դաբավարար է, թե ոչ, դժվար է ասել, քանի որ մեր տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի դերը շատ մեծ է»:

Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանը չպետք է անպատասխան թողնի Ալիևի ագրեսիվ հայտարարությունները և  մեծ աշխատանք  տանի միջազգային հարնության հետ,  տարարծի իր կոնցեպտը:
