Զորամասի հրամանատարը հափշտակել է 2,5 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ավտոբենզինի և դիզելային վառելիքի կտրոններ

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Ս. Ե.-ն, 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 8-ից զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության համապատասխան զորամասի հրամանատարի պաշտոնը, յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է նույն զորամասին հատկացված ընդհանուր շուրջ 2,5 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ավտոբենզինի և դիզելային վառելանյութի կտրոններ:

Մասնավորապես, նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ս. Ե.-ն, ի պաշտոնե պարտավոր լինելով միջոցներ ձեռնարկել իրեն վստահված գույքի պահպանության և ճիշտ օգտագործման համար, փոխարենը` պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, 2021 թվականի հունվարից մինչև 2022 թվականի հունվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, առանց փաստաթղթավորման, զորամասի գույքային ֆոնդից ապօրինաբար դուրս  է բերել և յուրացրել փաստացի իրեն վստահված 1.440.285 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ 4515 լիտր ավտոբենզինի և 1.001.700 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ 3710 լիտր դիզելային վառելանյութի կտրոններ: Յուրացրած կտրոնների մի մասը Ս. Ե.-ն օգտագործել է անձնական կարիքների համար, իսկ մի մասն էլ վաճառել է այլ անձանց՝ այդ կերպ պետությանը պատճառելով ընդհանուր 2.441.985 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս։ 
Ս. Ե.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Վերջինս առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել, տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունքներ և ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել է պատճառված վնասը:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:  
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
