Լսել ենք, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է բանակցել այս հարցի շուրջ. Լավրովը` Ալիևին

Ինչ վերաբերում է տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին, մենք պատրաստ ենք անել հնարավորը, որպեսզի դյուրացնենք եռյակի ղեկավարների կողմից 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին, 2021 թվականի հունվարին և նոյեմբերին ստորագրված երեք փաստաթղթերի իրականացումը։ Մեր գնահատմամբ՝ որոշակի առաջընթաց կա հաղորդակցությունների բացման եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատանքներում։ Մենք քննարկում ենք հարցեր, որոնք պետք է համաձայնեցվեն հայկական կողմի հետ։ Ինձ թվում է՝ ընդհանուր պատկերացում է ձեւավորվում, թե ինչպես կարելի է լուծել այս աշխատանքների կազմակերպման խնդիրը, որպեսզի երթեւեկության համար արհեստական ​​խոչընդոտներ չլինեն։

Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։

«Ռուսաստանը կօգնի դրան, քանի դեռ արդյունքներ չեն գրանցվել։ Հուսով եմ, որ դա շուտով տեղի կունենա: Մենք պատրաստ ենք նաև խորհրդատվական ծառայություններ մատուցել Ադրբեջանում և Հայաստանում սահմանների սահմանազատման և սահմանազատման համար ստեղծված երկու հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ՝ այլ համաձայնագրերի համաձայն։ Դրա համար կան կոնկրետ առաջարկներ։ Ուրախ եմ դրանք ձեզ հետ քննարկելու համար»,- հավելել է նախարարը։

«Դուք նշեցիք հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը, խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, ձեր ներկայացրած ապագա համաձայնագրի դրույթները։ Ի դեպ, լսել ենք, որ հայկական կողմը, վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, պատրաստ է բանակցել այս հարցի շուրջ։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք այստեղ օգնել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի համաձայնությամբ։ Իհարկե, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությամբ այլ միջազգային ֆորումներ՝ ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի և Կասպիական հնգյակի ... այս բոլոր վայրերը, ինչպես ասում են, արդեն թույլ են տալիս զարգացնել մեր փոխգործակցությունը արտաքին ուրվագծով։ Ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ անց Աշգաբադում կանցկացվի «կասպյան հնգյակի» հաջորդ գագաթնաժողովը։ Մենք նույնպես ակտիվորեն պատրաստվում ենք սրան։ Իմ գործընկեր և ընկեր Ջեյհուն Ազիզ օղլուի հետ քննարկել ենք արդյունքները, որոնք կարող էինք առաջարկել առաջնորդների հաստատմանը»,- նշել է Լավրովը:
