Կրակոցներ՝ Երևանում. հրազենային վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել երիտասարդ տղա

Այսօր՝ հունիսի 22-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում: Ժամը 20:00–ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել «էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ  Մարգար Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին  բացատրություն տալու:

Մինչ բժիշկները  պայքարում են նրա կյանքի  համար, ինչը  նրանց հաջողվել է, ոստիկանները պարզել են ենթադրյալ կրակոցների վայրը:

Այս պահին նշված վայր, որը Արշակունյաց պողոտայի՝ նախկին «Սպայկա»  ընկերության առջևի հատվածն է, ժամանել են ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի առաջին տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, ՀՀ  ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետ Վարդան Վարդանյանը, նույն վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Պետրոսյանը, նույն վարչության՝ մարդու սեփականության դեմ ուղղաված վարչության պետ Վահե Մուշեղյանը:

Այս պահին ժամանել են նաև Երևանի ոստիկանապետ Սևան Քոչարյանը, Երևանի ոստիկանապետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Արթուր Զաքարյանը, նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանը:

Նշված վայրից մեկ այլ վայր է մեկնել ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Բունիաթյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Արամ Դադոյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Նիկոլայ Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Այս պահին դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արսեն Գրիգորյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննիչ Հայկ Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը, ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի պետ Արամ Պապյանը:

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վիրավորի ինքնությունը:

 Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ դեպքի որոշ հանգամանքներ կարծես թե հայտնի են իրավապահներին և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու կրակողի անձը ճշտելու, նրան և հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
