Ադրբեջանական կողմը հրաժարվել է վերադարձնել գերեվարված հովվի 280 ոչխարը. վնասը` 20-24.000 դոլար, կփոխհատուցի պետությունը

Այս տարվա հունվարին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները գերեվարել էին Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի հովիվ Սուրիկ Մաթևոսյանին։ Հայկական կողմին հաջողվել էր հովվին վերադարձնել, սակայն Ադրբեջանի հսկողության տակ անցած նրա մոտ 280 ոչխարը մինչև այսօր ադրբեջանական կողմը չի վերադարձրել, թեև հայկական կողմը՝ ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ, բանակցություններ էր վարում ոչխարները վերադարձնելու հարցով. գրում է 168․am-ը։

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Տեղ համայնքի ղեկավար Դավիթ Ղուլունցը փոխանցեց, որ ոչխարները վերադարձնելու բոլոր աշխատանքները դադարեցվել են, քանի որ ադրբեջանական կողմն ամեն անգամ հայտարարում է, որ ոչխարներն իր հսկողության տարածքում չեն եղել։

«280 ոչխար անցել է իրենց հսկողության տարածք, բայց իրենք հերքում են։ Մեր համայնքի բնակչին պետությունն այդ ոչխարների համար կփոխհատուցի։ Պետությունը դեռ փոխհատուցում չի տվել, բայց կտա, բոլոր թղթերն ուղարկել ենք»,- նշեց Տեղ համայնքի ղեկավարը։

Նա նաև փոխանցեց, որ հովվի ոչխարների մի մասն է անցել թշնամու հսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում, մի մասով այսօր տվյալ մարդը կարողանում է իր սոցիալական հարցերը լուծել։

«Այսպես ասեմ, այդ ոչխարները մայրերն են եղել, մի մասը մնացել է, յոլա կգնա, մինչև փոխհատուցում կստանա, նորից ոչխարներ կառնի՝ թվաքանակը կլրացնի։ Այս միջադեպից հետո, մինչև այսօր նմանատիպ որևէ միջադեպ չի գրանցվել»,- եզրափակեց Դավիթ Ղուլունցը։

Նշենք, որ ըստ Դ. Ղուլունցի, հովվի կրած վնասը կազմում է 20-24 հազար դոլար։
