Ղազախստանի նախագահը ԼԺՀ-ն և ԴԺՀ-ն անվանել է քվազիպետություններ և նշել, որ Ղազախստանը չի ճանաչում դրանք

Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը ԼԺՀ-ին և ԴԺՀ-ին անվանել է քվազիպետություններ և նշել, որ Ղազախստանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, չի ճանաչի դրանք:

«ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությամբ ամրագրված երկու հիմնական սկզբունքներն այժմ փոխադարձ հակասության մեջ են՝ սա պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությունն է և ազգի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: ՄԱԿ-ի հիմնադիր հայրերը, ըստ երևույթին, ժամանակին հաշվի չեն առել այս պահը, կամ էլ, հավանաբար, միտումնավոր որպես փոխզիջում են մտցրել երկու սկզբունք, որոնք այժմ հակասում են միմյանց»,- ասել է Տոկաևը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի միջազգային տնտեսական ֆորումի քննարկման ժամանակ։

«Հետևաբար, կա այլ ըմբռնում. ոմանք ասում են, որ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը սուրբ հասկացություն է, մյուսները պնդում են, որ ցանկացած ժողովուրդ, որը մաս է կազմում կոնկրետ պետության, ունի սեփական պետության իրավունք և կարող է անջատվել սեփական կամքով»,- ասել է Ղազախստանի նախագահը։ 

«Հաշվարկվել է, որ եթե ազգի ինքնորոշման իրավունքն իրականում իրագործվի, ապա այժմ ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ 193 պետության փոխարեն Երկրի վրա կհայտնվի ավելի քան 500-600 պետություն: Քաոս կլինի», - ասել է Տոկաևը։

«Այդ պատճառով մենք չենք ճանաչում ո՛չ Թայվանը, ո՛չ Կոսովոն, ո՛չ Հարավային Օսիան, ո՛չ Աբխազիան: Ըստ երևույթին, այս սկզբունքը կկիրառվի նաև քվազիպետական ​​տարածքների նկատմամբ, որոնք, մեր կարծիքով, Լուգանսկն ու Դոնեցկն են: Անկեղծ պատասխան Ձեր անկեղծ հարցին»,- ընդգծել է Ղազախստանի նախագահը։

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչպես է Ղազախստանը վերաբերվում Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի հատուկ գործողությանը, Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը պատասխանել է. «Այս հարցում տարբեր կարծիքներ կան, ուղիղ կասեմ` մեր հասարակությունը բաց է, քաղաքացիական հասարակության հասունությունը դեմքին է, ուստի տարբեր կարծիքներ են հնչում»։
