Սոցփաթեթ եմ առնում կես գնով` էստի համեցեք. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է սոցիալական փաթեթում առկա միջոցները հնարավոր է նաև կանխիկացնել, եթե յուրաքանչյուր տարվա ավարտից հետո, ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 1–ի դրությամբ սոցփաթեթի շահառուի անունով առկա գումարը չի գերազանցում աշխատողի` նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում ստացման ենթակա աշխատավարձից, ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտներից հաշվարկված ու փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չափից: Սոցփաթեթի գումարը կարելի է ստանալ, երբ աշխատողը կենսաթոշակ ստանալու իրավունք է ձեռք բերել և այլևս չի աշխատում: Այս դեպքում սոցիալական փաթեթի հաշվում առկա դրամական միջոցները կանխիկացնելու համար հաշիվը սպասարկող բանկ է ներկայացնում իր կենսաթոշակի վկայականը և ստանում է իր հաշվի վրա կուտակված գումարը:

Երրորդ դեպքում սոցփաթեթի գումարը կարող է կանխիկացվել աշխատողի մահվան դեպքում ժառանգի կողմից: Սոցփաթեթի հաշվում առկա միջոցները, օրենքին համապատասխան, ժառանգաբար նրան անցնելու ժամանակ է հաշվարկվում և դուրս գրվում: Այս դեպքում էլ ժառանգը սոցփաթեթի հաշիվը սպասարկող բանկ է ներկայացնում ժառանգության իրավունքի վկայագիրը: Ի դեպ, գումարի կանխիկացումը համապատասխան բանկերում իրականացվում է 2015 թ. մայիս ամսից, սակայն այս մասին գիտեն քչերը: Ավելին, կան կազմակերպություններ, որոնք այս տեղեկությունը յոթ կողպեքի տակ են պահում: Որոշ ընկերություններ կամ անհատներ էլ ամեն տարի «կազմակերպում» են այդ գումարի «կանխիկացման» գործն ու կրկին շահույթ ստանում:

Այս դեպքում արդեն «կանխիկացման» սխեման բավականին հետաքրքիր է: Շահառուին առաջարկվում է իրենց հաշվին եղած գումարի կեսը տեղում կանխիկ «ստանալ», առանց բանկ այցելելու, իսկ մյուս կեսը թողնել գործարքն իրականացնող կողմին: Տարիներ առաջ այս մասին աղմուկ եղավ մամուլում, սակայն այն ինչպես բռնկվեց, այնպես էլ մարվեց:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, սակայն զբոսաշրջային զեղոնի ակտիվացմանը զուգահեռ, կրկին ակտիվացել են նաև նման որսով զբաղվողները: Եվ այս օրերին, ՊՈԱԿ–ներում ու տարբեր հիմնարկներում շրջելով փորձում են շահառուներից կես գնով «գնել» սոցիալական փաթեթները:
