Վանաձորում բացվեց Team Telecom Armenia-ի զանգերի կենտրոնը

Հետամուտ լինելով մարզերի զարգացմանն ուղղված իր ծրագրերին՝ Team Telecom Armenia-ն զանգերի կենտրոն բացեց Հայաստանի երրորդ ամենախոշոր քաղաքում՝ Վանաձորում։ Զանգերի այս նոր կենտրոնը արդեն իսկ աշխատանքով է ապահովում տասնյակ երիտասարդների, որոնք բարեհաջող ավարտելով զանգերի կենտրոնի աշխատակցի համար նախատեսված դասընթացները՝ դարձել են Team Telecom Armenia-ի հիմնական աշխատակիցներ։  

«Մենք ցանկանում ենք մեր գործունեության սահմաններում նպաստել մարզերի զարգացմանը։ Պատահական չէ, որ նախորդ տարի մեր գլխավոր ծրագրի՝ NGN ցանցի կառուցումը սկսեցինք հենց մարզերից։ Այժմ մենք փորձում ենք ապակենտրոնացնել մեր ընկերության այն գործառույթները, որոնք հնարավոր է կատարել մայրաքաղաքից դուրս։ Վստահ եմ՝ այս նոր զանգերի կենտրոնը կբերի նոր հնարավորություններ տեղի երիտասարդների համար, ինչպես նաև կբարձրացնի Team-ի հաճախորդների սպասարկման արագությունն ու որակը»,- ողջունելով նոր աշխատակիցներին ու հյուրերին՝ ասաց Team Telecom Armenia-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանը։

Աշխատակիցների հավաքագրման համար ընկերությունը համագործակցել է «Աջակցություն վիրավոր զինվորներին և զինվորական հաշմանդամներին», «Հայաստանի Մարդկային Ռեսուրսների Ասոցիացիա»-ի հեղինակային «Նոր Էջ» սոցիալական պատասխանատվության նախագծի ու «Հավասար իրավունքներ, հավասար հնարավորություններ» ՀԿ-ների հետ, որոնք աշխատում են 44-օրյա պատերազմի մասնակիցների հետ։

«Այս համագործակցության արդյունքում տղաներից շատերի համար նոր հնարավորություն ստեղծվեց՝ ձեռք բերել նոր մասնագիտություն և ունենալ կայուն աշխատանք: Համոզված եմ, որ նրանք այս գիտելիքների շնորհիվ կդառնան աշխատաշուկայում ավելի մրցունակ և կայացած»,- խոսելով գործակցության արդյունավետության մասին` նշեց «Աջակցություն վիրավոր զինվորներին և զինվորական հաշմանդամներին» ԲՀԿ-ի Կրթական բաժնի ղեկավար Սաթենիկ Էլբակյան։

Զանգերի կենտրոնի աշխատակիցներից Արամ Շերմազանյանը պատերազմում ստացել է բեկորային վիրավորում և այժմ վերականգնողական փուլում է, որի ընթացքին, ինչպես ինքն է նշում՝ նպաստում է նաև այս աշխատանքը․ «Շուրջ մեկ ամիս մասնակցել եմ դասընթացների ու, ճիշտն ասած, այդքան էլ հույս չունեի, որ կընտրվեմ։ Հիմա զգում եմ, որ մարդկանց հետ անընդհատ շփումը, նրանց հարցերին լուծում տալը օգնում է, որ կարողանամ միտքս կենտրոնացնել ներկայի ու առաջիկա անելիքների վրա»,- ասում է Արամը։ 

Team Telecom Armenia-ի զանգերի կենտրոնները աշխատում են 24 ժամ 7 օր գրաֆիկով։ 

Team Telecom Armenia-ն ՀՀ տարածքում տրամադրում է ինտերնետի, թվային հեռուստատեսության, բջջային և ֆիքսված հեռախոսակապի ծառայություններ։ 

Team Telecom Armenia-ն լիովին հայկական բրենդ է և հազարավոր արհեստավարժ մասնագետների հզորագույն թիմ: 2021 թվականից ընկերությունը սկսել է տարածաշրջանում եզակի՝ 25 Գբ/վ արագությամբ 25G-PON տեխնոլոգիայով NGN (Next Generation Network) ցանցի կառուցումը:
