Քանի թմրամոլ կին և տղամարդ կա Հայաստանում, և որ քաղաքում է ամենաշատը տարածված

1987 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր համաժողովն ընդունել է 42/112 հռչակագիրը, ըստ որի որոշվել է հունիսի 26-ը նշել որպես թմրամիջոցների չարաշահման և դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օր` հզորացնելու գործողությունները և համագործակցությունը թմրամոլությունից զերծ միջազգային հասարակություն ստեղծելու համար։ Այս տարի օրվա խորհուրդն է. «Առաջին հերթին լսել», կարգախոսը. «Լսելով երեխաներին և երիտասարդներին դուք կօգնեք նրանց առողջ և բարեկեցիկ դաստիարակությանը», իսկ խորհրդանշանն է. «Ասա ՈՉ թմրամիջոցներին»:

1993 թվականին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն անդամակցելով ՄԱԿ-ին` վավերացրել է թմրամիջոցների չարաշահման և դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի նպատակով ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր համաժողովի կողմից ընդունված կոնվենցիաները:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում թմրամոլության և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի ազգային ռազմավարությունը հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 226-Ն կարգադրությամբ մատնանշվել են թմրամիջոցների չարաշահման և դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարական ուղղությունները:

Այս փաստաթղթով ՀՀ կառավարությանը հանձնարարված է ռազմավարության դրույթներն իրականացնող միջոցառումները ներառել թմրամոլության և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի տարեկան ծրագրերում: Միջոցառումներում ընդգրկված են գրեթե բոլոր գերատեսչությունները, այդ թվում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը, որի շնորհիվ հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ուժեղացված է նարկոլոգիական ծառայությունը, և ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվում են անվճար նարկոլոգիական բժշկական օգնություն և ծառայություններ։ Աշխարհում թմրամիջոցներ չարաշահողների թիվը կազմում է շուրջ 1/4 միլիարդ․ մարդ, նրանցից 29,5 միլիոն մարդ տառապում է թմրամիջոցների գործածումից առաջացած հոգեկան և վարքային խանգարումներով։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ հաշվառված թմրամոլների թիվը կազմում է 6010: Նրանցից 2343-ը ափիոնային թմրամոլներ են, որոնցից 52-ը կանայք, 3665-ը` կանաբինոիդային թմրամոլները, որոնցից 43-ը կանայք, 2-ը՝ կոկաինային թմրամոլներ: Հաշվառվածներից 63%-ը 28-49 տարեկան են, 18% -ը՝ 50-64 տարեկան, 16%-ը՝ 19-27 տարեկան, մնացածը` 65 և բարձր տարիքի և մինչև 18 տարեկան անձինք:

Տարածվածությամբ 1-ին տեղը Երևանն է՝ 3173 կամ 53%, 2-րդ Արմավիրի մարզը՝ 747 կամ 12% և 3-րդը Կոտայքի մարզը՝ 578 կամ 9%:
