Բաքուն ծրագրում է գազ արտահանել Եվրոպա և այդ առումով կարևոր է համարում «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» գործարկումը

Բաքուն ծրագրում է ադրբեջանական գազը արտահանել Եվրոպա և այդ նպատակով կարևոր է համարում նաև «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» գործարկումը, այսօր հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը:

«Այդ պատճառով մենք ուզում ենք գործարկել Զանգեզուրյան միջանցքը, որը կարող է կարևոր տրանսպորտային երթուղի դառնալ ոչ միայն բեռների, այլև էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար: Մենք աշխատում ենք այս ուղղությամբ և արդեն գործնական ներդրումներ ենք անում: Այդ պատճառով դիվերսֆիկացիան բոլորի համար է կարևոր: Նրանք, ովքեր թերագնահատում էին Ադրբեջանի տրանզիտային ներուժը, հիմա կփոխեն իրենց կարծիքը», - ասել է Ալիևը:

Թե ինչպես է կատարվելու էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարանցումը այդ երթուղով, Ալիևը չի մանրամասնել։ Փոխարենը այսօր Բաքվում մեկնարկած նավթագազային ցուցահանդեսի բացման իր ելույթում Իլհամ Ալիևը խոսել է էներգետիկ ոլորտում Ադրբեջանի հաջողությունների մասին:

Նա նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն լիովին ապահովել է ներքին շուկայի պահանջարկը, այլև կարևոր դեր է խաղում մի շարք երկրների էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում. - «Հաշվի առնելով նոր մարտահրավերներն ու պահանջները՝ մենք պետք է մտածենք եվրոպական գազային շուկայում ընդլայնվելու մասին: Այսօր այլ իրավիճակ ունենք, և ադրբեջանական գազի պահանջարկը կտրուկ աճել է, և սա պետք է հաշվի առնել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք պետք է քննարկումներ սկսենք մեր գազի պոտենցիալ գնորդների հետ: Սակայն այս հարցում միայն մեր ջանքերը բավարար չեն: Անհրաժեշտ է ներդրումներ անել Եվրոպայում ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծման համար և իհարկե պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերել»:

Ալիևի համոզմամբ, Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Ջեյհան նավթամուղի և էներգետիկ այլ նախագծերի իրականացումը ցույց տալիս լայնամաշտաբ ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչելու Ադրբեջանի ներուժը:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նաև ընդգծել է Միացյալ Նահանգների ու Մեծ Բրիտանիայի աջակցությունն ու դերը Ադրբեջանի էներգետիկ քաղաքականության հաջողության մեջ:

Բաքվում այսօր մեկնարկած նավթագազային ցուցահանդեսի առթիվ Ադրբեջանի նախագահին ուղերձ է հղել Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը: «Ադրբեջանը «Հարավային գազային միջանցքի», ինչպես նաև Ուկրաինային վառելիքի մատակարարումների միջոցով որոշիչ դերակատարություն ունի Եվրոպայի էներգետիկ անվտանգության կայունացման գործում», - Իլհամ Ալիևին ուղղված նամակում գրել է Ջո Բայդենը։ Նա նաև հավատացրել է, որ «Վաշինգտոնը շարունակում է Բաքվի վստահելի գործընկերը մնալ՝ հավատարիմ հետագա երկկողմ համագործակցությանն ու գործընկերությանը»։

Ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնակցին ուղղված նամակում Բայդենը նաև նշել է. «Ադրբեջանը կարևոր է նաև այն ահռելի ներուժի իրացման տեսանկյունից, որ իր մեջ պարունակում է Տրանսկասպիական համագործակցությունը»։ ԱՄՆ նախագահի համոզմամբ, այդ նախագծի կյանքի կոչումը հնարավորություն կտա «կայունացնել տարածաշրջանային և համաշխարհային շուկաները»։

Ռուս - ուկրաինական պատերազմի մեկնարկից ի վեր Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար հայտարարում է, որ հաշվի առնելով ռուսական գազից հրաժարվելու պատճառով Եվրոպական շուկայում առաջացած բացը՝ Բաքուն մտադիր է ավելացնել կապույտ վառելիքի մատակարարումը դեպի Եվրոպա Թուրքիայի տարածքով։ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները նաև խոսում են էլեկտրաէներգյաի արտահանման հնարավորություններից։
