«Ցանկացած ավտորիտար իշխանության խնդիրն այլակարծությունն ու ոչ իրենց նմաններին քաղաքական դաշտից մեկուսացնելն է». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, «Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանին օրեր առաջ մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց մի հոդվածով, որը իրավաբանները դատավարական սխալ են համարում, ապա և որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվեց կալանավորումը: Այս հանգամանքը շատերը գնահատում են որպես քաղաքական ճնշում գործող իշխանությունների կողմից:

«Ավետիք Չալաբյանի համար էլ է ակնհայտ բուն կալանավորման քաղաքական ենթատեքստը, ինքը դրան պատրաստ է եղել հոգեպես՝ հասկանալով, որ այն իշխանությունը, որի դեմ պայքար է մղվում, ամեն հնարավոր ստորության պատրաստ է իր իշխանավարումը երկարաձգելու, քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին լռեցնելու և թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի հետ փոխգործակցության շրջանակներում «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» պրոյեկտը բարեհաջող իրագործելու համար»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Չալաբյանի փաստաբան Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը:

Այն դիտարկմանը՝ ինչո՞ւ հենց նրա դեմ նման քաղաքական հետապնդում սկսվեց, և նա հայտնվեց թիրախում, փաստաբանը նշում է՝ դա պարզելու համար կարելի է, օրինակ՝ դիտել մինչև կալանավորումը վերջինիս քաղաքական հայտարարությունները, մասնավորաբար՝ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի լուծման կապակցությամբ արտահայտվող դիրքորոշումը, որը բովանդակային առումով հակասում է իշխանությունների ուղեգծին: «Ավետիք Չալաբյանը երբեք չի եղել որևէ իշխանության մաս, հնարավոր չէ նրան պիտակավորել որպես «նախկին թալանչի» և այլն, նա ինքնուրույն, իր ուժերով բավականին մեծ բարձունքների հասած, կենսագրական լուրջ հետագիծ թողած անձնավորություն է, ում խոսքի կշիռը պայմանավորվում է նաև իր անձի կշռով: Իսկ ապաշնորհ իշխանությունները հիմնականում վախենում են իրենց հետ համեմատության մեջ էապես տարբերվող մարդկանցից, որովհետև ժողովրդի համար բավականին առարկայական ու շատ շոշափելի է, երբ երկու հոգու կամ երկու ուղղության համեմատության մեջ էական տարբերություններ են տեսնում:

Ընդհանրապես, ցանկացած ավտորիտար իշխանության խնդիրն այլակարծությունը և ոչ իրենց նմաններին քաղաքական դաշտից մեկուսացնելն է»,-հավելում է մեր զրուցակիցը: Հարցրեցինք՝ իսկ ինչպիսի՞ն է պարոն Չալաբյանի տրամադրությունը ու հոգեվիճակն անազատության մեջ: «Նրա հետ հանդիպել եմ մայիսի 24-ին, տրամադրությունն ու տրամադրվածությունը շատ նորմալ է, կարելի է ասել՝ մարտական, ոգին տեղն է, կամքն՝ ամուր, իր դիրքորոշումներում՝ հաստատակամ»,-ընդգծեց Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը:

Հ.Գ.-Թերթը պատրաստ էր տպագրության, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի պաշտպանական խումբը դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի՝ Չալաբյանին մեղսագրվող արարքը նկարագրող հոդվածի՝ ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանելու հարցը որոշելու նպատակով ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու միջնորդությամբ։
