Լաչինի միջանցքին «ալտերնատիվ» համարվող ճանապարհը ծուղակ է Արցախի հայերի համար: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Քաղաքացու որոշում» կուսակցության անդամ Միքայել Նահապետյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Կոռնիձոր - Հին Շեն - Մեծ Շեն - Տասը Վերստ - Լիսագոր նոր կառուցվող ճանապարհը Արցախի բնակլիմայական պայմաններում թակարդ է հայերի համար: Ճանապարհն ունի հետևյալ տոպոգրաֆիական պարամետրերը՝ առավելագույն իրական թեքությունը 22%, միջին թեքությունը 8%, անկումը (перепад) 17,4 կիլոմետրի վրա կազմում է 868 մետր, թեև զուտ երկրաչափորեն ընդամենը մոտ 3 կիլոմետրով է երկար ներկայիս ճանապարհից, սակայն նման տոպոգրաֆիական պայմաններում երթևեկության արագության հաշվին շեշտակիորեն ավելի մեծ տնտեսական հեռավորություն է ունենալու (իրական կյանքում ծախսվող ժամանակ): Համեմատության համար ասեմ, որ գործող ճանապարհը ընդամենը մի կարճ հատվածում ունի 17% թեքություն, իսկ մնացած տեղամասերում թեքությունները խիստ չափավոր են:

Արցախի այդ հատվածում ուր առնվազն 450մմ տեղումներ են լինում՝ նման թեքությունների պայմաններում ճանապարհների սպասարկումը լինելու է անհնարին մոտ բան և ըստ այդմ պարբերաբար խնդիր է ծագելու նախկին ճանապարհով երթևեկելու, ինչն էլ, բնականաբար Ադրբեջանը դարձնելու է նվաստացումների և առևտրի առարկա: Փաստացի «այլընտրանքային» այս ճանաճարհը ձմռան սեզոնին զրկելու է Արցախին Հայաստանի հետ կայուն հուսալի կապից:

Դեռ չեմ խոսում այս ճանապարհի այն շարունակության մասին, որով նախատեսվում է շրջանցել նաև Շուշիի մերձակայքը:

Հիմա այս փաստերի համադրմամբ նորմա՞լ է արդյոք, որ հարցով զբաղվող ամենաբարձր ատյանը գյուղապետերն են:
