ՀՎԿԱԿ-ը` «կապիկ ծաղիկ» հիվանդության դեպքերի մասին

Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման Ազգային Կենտրոնը հայտնում է․ «Ըստ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ)` վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում աշխարհում արձանագրվել է կապիկի ծաղիկ հիվանդության շուրջ 80 դեպք առնվազն 12 երկրում, և ևս 50 կասկածելի դեպք հետազոտվում է։ Հիվանդության դեպքերը հաստատվել են եվրոպական ինը երկրում (Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Իսպանիա, Պորտուգալիա, Գերմանիա, Բելգիա, Ֆրանսիա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Իտալիա և Շվեդիա), ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ-ում, Կանադայում և Ավստրալիայում։ Մինչ այժմ, հիվանդության դեպքերն արձանագրվել են Աֆրիկյան երկրներում կամ կապված են եղել այդ երկրներ ճանապարհորդության հետ։
Նշենք, որ կապիկի ծաղիկը կենդանիներից մարդկանց փոխանցվող, հազվադեպ հանդիպող, վիրուսային ծագման հիվանդություն է, որը հիմնականում արձանագրվում է Կենտրոնական և Արևմտյան Աֆրիկայի հեռավոր շրջաններում: Վիրուսը մարդուն փոխանցվում է հիմնականում վայրի կենդանիներից, ինչպիսիք են՝ կրծողները և պրիմատները (շիմպանզե, գորիլա, օրանգուտանգ և այլն):
Կապիկի ծաղկի վիրուսը (Orthopoxvirus) նման է բնական ծաղկի վիրուսին:
Վարակումը կենդանիներից տեղի է ունենում կենդանիների (վարակված) արյան, կենսաբանական հեղուկների, ինչպես նաև վնասված մաշկի կամ լորձաթաղանթի հետ անմիջական շփման արդյունքում:
Ռիսկի հավանական գործոններից է՝ համապատասխան ջերմային մշակման չենթարկված, վարակված կենդանիների մսի օգտագործումը: Վարակի փոխանցումը մարդուց մարդու սահմանափակ է և հիմնականում տեղի է ունենում օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով և/կամ ախտահարված հյուսվածքի հետ երկարատև սերտ շփման արդյունքում։
Հայտնի է, որ կապիկի ծաղիկը փոխանցվում է երկարատև սերտ շփման, ինչպես նաև օգտագործված սրբիչի և անկողնային պարագաների միջոցով: Վարակի դեմ մասնահատուկ բուժում կամ պատվաստանյութ դեռևս չկա, սակայն վարկած կա, որ բնական ծաղիկի դեմ նախկինում ստացված պատվաստումը ապահովում է կապիկի ծաղկի արդյունավետ կանխարգելումը:
Հիվանդության գաղտնի շրջանը սովորաբար տևում է 5-21 օր, բնորոշ ախտանշաններն են՝ տենդ, սաստիկ գլխացավ, լիմֆատիկ հանգույցների մեծացում, ցավ մեջքի շրջանում, մկանացավ, արտահայտված թուլություն: Տենդի սկզբից 1-3 օր անց ի հայտ է գալիս ցանավորումը, ցանը սկսվում է դեմքի շրջանից և ապա տարածվում մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում:
Չնայած այն փաստին, որ հիվանդությունն ընթանում է շատ ավելի թեթև, ախտանշաններն ինքնուրույն անհետանում են մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում, սակայն որոշ դեպքերում այն կարող է հանգեցնել բարդությունների և նույնիսկ մահվան (մահաբերությունը՝ 1%-10%):
Կապիկի ծաղկի կանխարգելման նապատակով անհրաժեշտ է.
• խուսափել ախտանշաններ ունեցող անձի հետ երկարատև սերտ շփումից,
• չներկրել Էկզոտիկ կապիկներ (պրիմատներ) և կրծողներ,
