Ստարտափի տնօրեն և համահիմնադիր Մարինա Դավթյանը բժշկական համալսարանի ուսանող է, ընկերների հետ հետազոտական նախագիծը սկսել է 2017-ին։ Բայց նոր թափով սկսեցին աշխատել 2020-ի պատերազմից հետո՝ հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած տղաներին օգնելու համար։

Ստարտափը մշակում է ձեռքի պրոթեզների երեք տեսակ՝ միոէլեկտրիկ, մասնակի և մեխանիկական, որոնք աշխատելու են մատների, ձեռքի, արմունկի հատվածներում:

ArmBionics-ը «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի 2021 թվականի դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի շահառուներից է։ Հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ ստարտափը ձեռք է բերել ձեռքի պրոթեզների պրոտոտիպերի կատարելագործման համար անհրաժեշտ համակարգչային տեխնիկա, նյութեր և սարքավորումներ։

Աջակցության շնորհիվ նաև մեծացել է թիմը, ստեղծվել են նոր աշխատատեղեր։ Ստարտափն իր շուրջն է միավորել նաև սփյուռքահայ կամավորների աշխարհի տարբեր կողմերից։

 «Նախագիծն իր շուրջ համախմբել է Հայաստանի ու սփյուռքի տարբեր մասնագիտություններ ունեցող երիտասարդների, որոնց նպատակն է զրոյից ներկայացնել միջազգային ստանդարտին համապատասխան ձեռքի պրոթեզներ և այդ ամենը իրականացնել Հայաստանում։ Ստարտափը նաև սկսնակ մասնագետներին ու ուսանողներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռում ստանալ փորձ և գիտելիքներ, որոնք կկարողանան կիրառել նաև պրակտիկորեն։ Ուրախ եմ նշել, որ մեր հիմնադրամը Հայաստանում առաջին կազմակերպությունն է, որ իր լուման ունեցավ այս կարևոր ծրագրում»,- նշել է «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Աննա Գիշյանը:

«Մեր շահառուները վերին վերջույթների հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդիկ են, ովքեր ամպուտացվել են տարբեր մակարդակներում: Մեր պրոդուկտները մի քանի տեսակի են և մենք կենտրոնացած ենք արմունկից ներքև պրոթեզների կատարելագործման ու արտադրության վրա: Շատ ոգևորիչ է մեզ համար, որ հիմնադրամի աջակցության շնորհիվ կարողանում ենք համալրել թիմը, նոր աշխատակիցներ ներգրավել, նաև հնարավորություն ընձեռվեց մեզ մոտ կամավոր անդամներից մեկին սփյուռքից բերել Հայաստան, ինչը շատ կարևոր է»,- նշել է ArmBionics ստարտափի համահիմնադիր Մարինա Դավթյանը:

Առաջին շահառուներին մեխանիկական պրոթեզները կնվիրաբերվեն: Մեկ շահառու արդեն  ստացել  է արմնկային պրոթեզ, 2-րդ շահառուն՝ մասնակի, 3-րդը՝ աշխատանքային գործընթացում է:

«Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է Ակբա բանկի, ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ, Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Ազգային Ֆեդերացիայի և Գիշյան ընտանիքի կողմից: Հիմնադրամի   ծրագրերը ուղղված են հայ-ֆրանսիական կապերի ամրապնդմանը, Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական, գիտակրթական, մշակութային, առողջապահական համակարգերի բարելավմանն ու կատարելագործմանը:
