Վանաձորի քաղաքապետը՝ Ադրբեջանում հայտնված անձի մասին

Ադրբեջանի տարածքում հայտնված Զավեն Հովհաննեսի Կարապետյան ներկայացած անձը նախկինում դատված է եղել և հոգեկան խնդիրներ է ունեցել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, այդ անձը բավականին խնդրահարույց մարդ է, տարօրինակություններ է ունեցել: «Անորոշ կյանք է վարել, տարեցների տանը գրանցվել է ընդհամենը այն բանի համար, որ անձնագիր ստանա, քանի որ բնակության վայր չի ունեցել: Վանաձորում տարբեր տեղեր որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում բնակվել է, աղբ է հավաքել, անտուն է եղել: Ինքը վանաձորցի չէ, չգիտեմ, թե որ մանկատան սան է եղել, անորոշ զբաղմունքի տեր է եղել: Երկար տարիներ է իրենից որևէ տվյալ չկա»,- նշեց Ասլանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տեղեկությունները տարեցների տան աշխատակիցներն են հիշել: «Ինքը նույնիսկ ծերանոցում չի էլ մնացել, դատված է եղել: Երկար ժամանակ է աշխատակիցներից ոչ ոք իրեն չի էլ տեսել: Երբ որոշ ժամանակ էլ շփվել է աշխատակիցների հետ, զգացվել է, որ հոգեկան խնդիրներ է ունեցել»,- ասաց Վանաձորի քաղաքապետը:

 

Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նշել է, որ Զավեն Կարապետյան ներկայացող անձին որպես հայ դիվերսանտ ներկայացնելը ադրբեջանական կողմի մեթոդներից մեկն է:

«Այս անձը քաղաքացիական անձ է, մեր բանակում նման զինծառայող չկա. տեսքն անգամ պարզ դա է ասում: Մենք ծանոթ ենք հասարակ մարդկանց դիվերսանտ ներկայացնելու ադրբեջանական մեթոդներին»,- հայտնել էր Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ տարածած տեսանյութում ի պատասխան հայերեն տրված հարցերի՝ Զավեն Հովհաննեսի Կարապետյան ներկայացած անձը նշում է, որ ծնվել և բնակվում է Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի Դովեղ գյուղում: Նա ասում է, որ ծնվել է 1974թ. նոյեմբերի 16-ին:

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրողների ռեգիստրում որպես Զավեն Հովհաննեսի Կարապետյան անունով անձի գրանցման հասցե է նշվում Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքը, այլ ոչ թե Նոյեմբերյանի (Տավուշի մարզ) Դովեղ գյուղը, ինչպես ասվում է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության տարածած տեսանյութում:

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրողների ռեգիստրում որպես Զավեն Հովհաննեսի Կարապետյան անունով անձի գրանցման հասցե է նշվում Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքը, այլ ոչ թե Նոյեմբերյանի (Տավուշի մարզ) Դովեղ գյուղը, ինչպես ասվում է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության տարածած տեսանյութում:
