Ահաբեկչության մասին սուտ հաղորդում տալու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

«Telegram» սոցիալական ցանցի օգտատերը, չունենալով նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության վերաբերյալ տվյալներ, 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 11-ին հանրության լայն շրջանակներին հասանելի իր տելեգրամյան էջում սուտ հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակ ստեղծելու համար ահաբեկչություններ են հնարավոր ինչպես Երևանում, այնպես էլ` մայրաքաղաքից դուրս։ Այլ մանրամասներ է հաղորդում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում իրականացվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության մասին՝ քաղաքացի Մ.Բ.-ի կողմից սուտ հաղորդում տալու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Նախնական տվյալներով, «Telegram» սոցիալական ցանցի օգտատերը, չունենալով նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության վերաբերյալ տվյալներ, 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 11-ին հանրության լայն շրջանակներին հասանելի իր տելեգրամյան էջում սուտ հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակ ստեղծելու համար ահաբեկչություններ են հնարավոր ինչպես Երևանում, այնպես էլ` մայրաքաղաքից դուրս:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 259-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունը կատարվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով «Telegram» սոցիալական ցանցի՝ իր կողմից օգտագործվող էջում տեղադրել է վերոնշյալ բովանդակությամբ գրառումը:

Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 259-րդ հոդվածով, և կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան:
