ՌԴ-ում աշխատող հայ վարորդներն անելանելի վիճակում են. արտոնյալ են միայն բելառուսները

ՌԴ «Ճանապարհային երթեւեկության անվտանգության» մասին օրենքում եւ «Վարչական պատասխանատվության» օրենսգրքում կատարված փոփոխությունները խնդիրներ են առաջացրել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար:

ՌԴ-ում որպես վարորդ աշխատող Արմեն Մելիքսեթյանը armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ օրենքը ուժի մեջ է մտել 2017 թվականի հունիսի 1-ին, որի հետեւանքով ՀՀ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ունենալը բավարար չէ ՌԴ-ում տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալելու համար: Մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ օրինակ, տաքսի վարելու համար պետք է քաղաքացին անպայման ունենա ռուսական վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական, հակառակ դեպքում տաքսի ծառայությունը մատուցող ընկերությանը տուգանում են 50 հազար ռուբլու չափով: Սակայն նույն քաղաքացին առանց ռուսական վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի (իր երկրի վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականով) իր ընտանիքի անդամներին կարող է անձնական մեքենայով անարգել տեղափոխել:

«Չնայած ներքին հրահանգ կա, որ ռեյդեր չիրականացվեն, համատարած չանեն դա, բայցեւայնպես մարդկանց եւս տուգանում են»,- ասաց Արմեն Մելիքսեթյանը՝ նշելով, որ օրենքում փոփոխությունները նախատեսված են եղել դեռեւս 2013 թվականին ազգությամբ հայ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի մասնակցությամբ ողբերգական վթարից հետո: 2013 թվականից հետո ամեն տարի մեկ տարով հետաձգվել է օրենքը ուժի մեջ մտնելու դրույթը, սակայն այս տարի մտել է ուժի մեջ:
