Կիեւը Արեւմուտքի մի շարք երկրների աջակցությամբ խաղաղ բնակիչների զանգվածային ոչնչացմամբ ակցիաներ է նախապատրաստում ՌԴ ԶՈՒ-ին եւ ԼԺՀ-ի զորքերին մեղադրելու համար, հայտնել Է ՌԴ պաշտպանության վարչության ազգային կենտրոնի պետ գեներալ-գնդապետ Միխայիլ Միզինցեւը:

«Պաշտոնական Կիեւը հավաքական Արեւմուտքի մի շարք երկրների աջակցությամբ շարունակում է նախապատրաստել հրեշավոր եւ անողոք ակցիաներ՝ Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետությունում խաղաղ բնակիչների զանգվածային ոչնչացմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի Զինված ուժերին եւ ԼԺՀ կազմավորումներին հետագայում մեղադրելու նպատակով», - ասել Է գեներալը:

Մասնավորապես, ճշտել է Միզինցեւը, Սեւերոդոնեցկի շրջանի Կրեմենայա քաղաք են ժամանել եւ շրջանային հիվանդանոցի շենքում տեղավորվել արտասահմանյան ԶԼՄ-ների թղթակիցները՝ Ուկրաինայի զինվորականների կողմից նախապատրաստված սադրանքները տեսանկարահանելու համար, իբր ռուս զինծառայողների կողմից հիվանդներին տեղափոխող շտապ օգնության մեքենաները գնդակոծելը:

«Ուկրաինական իշխանությունների նման գործողություններն ու սադրանքները հերթական անգամ ցուցադրում են նրանց անմարդկային վերաբերմունքը Ուկրաինայի ժողովրդի ճակատագրերի նկատմամբ եւ վկայում բարոյականության եւ միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի բոլոր նորմերի լիակատար անտեսման մասին», - նշել է Միզինցեւը:

«Պոպասնյանի շրջանի Բելոգորովկա բնակավայրում նեոնացիստները ականապատել են ջրատարի տարածքում քլորի պահեստամասերը, որոնք ծրագրում են պայթեցնել՝ ԼԺՀ ժողովրդական միլիցիայի կազմավորումների քաղաքին մոտենալիս», - հավելել է նա:
