ՀՀ-ում մահվան դեպքերի կտրուկ աճ է գրանցվել

ԵՊԲՀ ռեկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Մուրադյանը գրել է․

Երկրում ունենք մահացության մտահոգիչ միտումներ։ 

«Հերացի» վերլուծականն ուսումնասիրել է Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի կողմից հրապարակված տվյալները, որոնք վկայում են, որ 2022 թվականի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին Հայաստանում գրանցվել է մահվան 6030 դեպք, որը 11%-ով ավելին է 2021 և 21%-ով՝ 2020 թվականների նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշներից:

Թեև այս տարվա առաջին երկու ամիսներին ընթանում էր նոր կորոնավիրուսի Օմիկրոն տեսակով պայմանավորված համավարակի 5-րդ ալիքը, այուամենայնիվ ԿՈՎԻԴ-19 մահվան դեպքերի թիվը նվազել է 5.1%-ով, կազմելով 465: Հիվանդության 5-րդ ալիքի ավելի թեթև ընթացքի մասին է վկայում նաև նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ COVID-19-ով հարուցված թոքաբորբերի թվի կտրուկ՝ 3.1 անգամ նվազումը, ինչպես նաև չճշտված հարուցիչով թոքաբորբերի 24%-ով ավելի ցածր ցուցանիշները:

Այսպիսով, մտահոգիչ է համեմատաբար ավելի բարենպաստ համաճարակաբանական իրավիճակում սոցիալական մեծ կարոևրություն ունեցող հիվանդություններից մահացության ցուցանիշների զգալի աճը, որի պատճառագիտական ուսումնասիրությունն անհրաժեշտ պայման է հանրային առողջության ծրագրերի արդունավետության ապահովման համար: Մասնավորապես, արյան շրջանառության համակարգի հիվանդություններից մահերը ավելացել են 13.3%-ով, իսկ 2020 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարի նկատմամբ՝ 17%-ով: Շնչառական օրգանների հիվանդություններից մահերի աճը կազմել է 41% (2020 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ՝ 33%): Վերոնշյալ միտումները կարող են պայմանավորված լինել, ինչպես այսպես կոչված երկարատև կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ, որը հանդիպում է պացիենտների շուրջ 1/3 մոտ, այնպես էլ առողջապահության համակարգի և անհատների առողջության վրա COVID-19 համավարակի անուղղակի ազդեցությամբ:

Այս տարվա առաջին երկու ամիսներին շուրջ 3%-ով ավելացել են նաև մահերը նորագոյացություններից, ինչը կարող է փոխկապակցված լինել չարորակ նորագոյացությունների վաղ՝ I-II փուլում, հայտնաբերման ցուցանիշը զգալի անկման հետ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մահացության ցուցանիշների նկատմամբ մշտադիտարկումը, արձանագրված միտումների պատճառների արագ բացահայտումը և արձագանքումը առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն մահացության կրճատման և ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման համար:
