Արթուր Դավթյանն ԱԱԾ-ին հանձնարարել է ստուգել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի առանձնատան վաճառքի գործարքը

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հանձնարարել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտին ստուգել  Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդու՝ Արգամ Աբրահամյանի առանձնատան կալանքը հանելու և անմիջապես այն վաճառելու հանգամանքները: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

«ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում  քննվող քրեական գործով իրեղեն ապացույցի՝ Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտայի 1/6 բնակելի տուն հասցեում գտնվող, սեփականության իրավունքով Արգամ Աբրահամյանի անվամբ գրանցված հողամասի պահպանությունը չապահովելու, առանց այդ կապակցությամբ դատարանի անհիմն որոշման բողոքարկման արդյունքներին սպասելու նշված հողամասի տնօրինման սահմանափակումը վերացնելու, դրանից անմիջապես հետո նշված գույքը իրացնելու հանգամանքների ստուգումը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտին»,- ասացին Գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Նշվում է, որ քրեական գործով որոշում է կայացվել Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտայի 1/6 բնակելի տուն հասցեի հողամասը իրեղեն ապացույց ճանաչելու մասին և ձեռնարկվել են օրենքով նախատեսված միջոցներ այն պահպանելու նպատակով։

«Միաժամանակ, գրություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտե՝ Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտայի 1/6 բնակելի տուն հասցեում գտնվող հողամասի վերաբերյալ գործարքներ կատարելու մասին դիմում ստանալու դեպքում մինչև գործարք կատարելը դրա մասին անհապաղ հայտնել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:

Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում հողամասի դիմաց վճարված գումարների նկատմամբ օրենքով նախատեսված սահմանափակումներ սահմանելու ուղղությամբ։ Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Միաժամանակ, ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող վերոնշյալ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի որոշմամբ օրենքի խախտում թույլ տալու հիմքով քննիչը հեռացվել է վարույթից»,-նշեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
