Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը հայտարարություն է ընդունել

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը քիչ առաջ ընդունել է հայտարարություն, որով կոչ է անում համահայկական մակարդակով ձեւավորել համազգային համախմբում՝ Արցախի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ։

Ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջական հայտարարությունը։

«Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը որպես Արցախի ժողովրդի առաջնային մանդատ ունեցող բարձրագույն ներկայացուցչական մարմին, արտահայտելով հասարակական-քաղաքական լայն շրջանակների կարծիքն ու դիրքորոշումը, կոչ է անում համահայկական մակարդակով ձեւավորել համազգային համախմբում՝ Արցախի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ։

Համոզված ենք, որ Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի Հանրապետությունները, ունենալով Սփյուռքի հայկական համայնքների լիարժեք աջակցությունը, մեկ բռունցք դառնալով միասնաբար կարող են դիմագրավել տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերները՝ պաշտպանելով մեր ազգային շահերը։

Աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների այս բարդ ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Ադրբեջանը  փորձելով տապալել ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելությունը, շարունակում է հայկական բնակավայրերի պարբերաբար գնդակոծումը, պայթեցնում է գազամուղը, փորձում ահաբեկել հայրենի հողում ապրող խաղաղ բնակչին, շարունակում զավթել նորանոր տարածքներ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը վերահաստատում է Արցախի ժողովրդի կամքն ու վճռականությունը 1988 թվականին սկիզբ առած իր պատմական հայրենիքում ազատ ապրելու իրավունքից բխող Ազգային ազատագրական պայքարի տեսլականը։

1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2–ի հռչակագրով, այնուհետեւ համաժողովրդական հանրաքվեի միջոցով Արցախի ժողովուրդը միջազգային բոլոր նորմերին համապատասխան ձեւավորեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի (Արցախ) Հանրապետությունը։ 30 տարիների ընթացքում մենք անցել ենք հաղթանակների եւ անհաջողությունների միջով։ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27–ին մեզ պարտադրված ու 44 օր տեւած պատերազմի հետեւանքով մենք ունեցանք մարդկային եւ տարածքային կորուստներ։ Սակայն ոչինչ եւ ոչ ոք չի  կարող մեզ զրկել ինքնորոշման եւ սեփական ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու իրավունքից։ Խոնարվելով մեր գոյապայքարի  բոլոր նահատակների հիշատակի  առաջ, մեր հավատարմությունն ու պատրաստակամություն ենք արձանագրում  հետեւողական լինել Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային  ճանաչման եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության վերականգնման գործընթացներին։ 

2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո հիմնովին փոխվել է մեր անվտանգային միջավայրը, տարածաշրջանում հաստատված փխրուն խաղաղությունը պահպանվում է Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի եւ ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի ջանքերով։ Ինչպես ցույց են տվել վերջին մեկուկես տարիների իրադարձությունները, մեր թշնամիները այսօր էլ շարունակում են Արցախը հայաթափելու իրենց ծրագիրը։ Ներկա պայմաններում, ՀՀ կողմից Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավոր լինելու պարտականության ամրագրումը եւ համահայկական միասնության մթնոլորտի ձեւավորումը միայն կարող են բավարար պայմաններ ստեղծել հայ ժողովրդի ապագան հայրենի հողում երաշխավորելու համար։
