Ինչու է ՊԲ-ն թաքցրել վիրավորների մասին տեղեկությունը

Լրագիր\ Հունիսի 16-ին ադրբեջանական գնդակոծության հետեւանքով զոհվել է երեք հայ զինծառայող: Տեղեկությունը նույն օրը հրապարակել է ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն, սակայն նույն ժամանակ տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ներով տեղեկություններ են տարածվել նաեւ վիրավորների մասին:

ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն այդպես էլ պաշտոնապես չի տեղեկացրել վիրավորների մասին, երեկ նրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն է տարածել ՀՀ ՊՆ խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ վիրավորներից մեկը Կենտրոնական կլինիկական հիվանդանոցում է, մյուսը՝ Մալայան կենտրոնում, ում վիրահատել են: Վիրահատության մասին տեղեկություն է տարածել Առողջապահության նախարարի խոսնակը:

ԼՂՀ նախագահի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը, անդրադառնալով վիրավորների թեմային, ասել է, որ պետք է հետեւել պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությանը, եւ եթե այնտեղ չկա վիրավորների մասին տեղեկություն, ուրեմն դա չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Դավիթ Բաբայանը դրանով ցանկանում էր ասել, որ անհրաժեշտ է հստակ տեղեկատվական քաղաքականություն, քանի որ երկիրը գտնվում է փաստացի պատերազմի մեջ, եւ այդ պայմաններում տեղեկատվական խառնաշփոթը վտանգավոր է դառնում:

Դավիթ Բաբայանը կարեւոր հայտարարություն է արել չափազանց կարեւոր իրողության վերաբերյալ: Վերջին շրջանում պաշտպանական ոլորտում տեղեկատվական քաղաքականության մեջ փորձ է արվում որոշակի համակարգում կատարել, մասնավորապես՝ բանակը հրաժարվել է առաջնագծի իրավիճակի մասին ամենօրյա տեղեկատվությունից, եթե արտառոց որեւէ բան չի կատարվում: Այս հանգամանքը դարձել է բանավեճի առարկա, շատերը կողմ են, շատերը՝ դեմ: Այդպես էլ լինելու էր, եւ այդպես է ցանկացած ոլորտում: Տվյալ պարագայում խնդիրն այլ է՝ եթե որոշվում է որեւէ բան, ապա պետք է այն իրականացնել հստակ ու հետեւողական, հակառակ դեպքում առաջանում են կասկածներ ու մտահոգություններ, մեղմ ասած:
