ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մանրածախ վարկային պորտֆելի մի մասը վաճառել է «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը  թվայնացման և գործընթացների օպտիմալացման շրջանակներում ​​ համաձայնագիր է կնքել «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի հետ՝ իր վարկային պորտֆելի մոտ 11%-ի վաճառքի մասով։ Գործարքի  ծավալը կազմում է 24 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը պահպանում է իր դիրքերը ՀՀ բանկային շուկայում, շարունակում է մատուցել ֆինանսական ծառայությունների հիմնական տեսակները և կատարում է բոլոր պարտավորությունները հաճախորդների և գործընկերների նկատմամբ: Բանկը շարունակում է աշխատել հաճախորդների հետ և ընդլայնում է իր ներկայությունը հանրապետության բանկային շուկայի առանցքային ոլորտներում: Ավելի քան 3 հազ․ ընկերությունների աշխատակիցներ ստանում են աշխատավարձ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի քարտերով, ինչի շնորհիվ օգտվում են Բանկի հիմնական մանրածախ պրոդուկտներից արտոնյալ պայմաններով:

Սպառողական վարկավորման շրջանակներում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը համագործակցում է երկրի ավելի քան 600 մանրածախ վաճառքի կետերի հետ: Բանկն ընդլայնում է համագործակցությունն ավտոսրահների և կառուցապատող ընկերությունների հետ, ինչի շնորհիվ վարկառուները ստանում են հատուկ պայմաններ վարկով բնակարաններ և ավտոմեքենաներ ձեռք բերելիս: ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդների կողմից առավել պահանջված վարկատեսակներից է ոսկյա իրերի գրավադրմամբ վարկը, որի շրջանակներում Բանկը շահավետ առաջարկներ է մշակում հաճախորդների այդ խմբի համար:

«Այժմ Բանկի առաջնահերթ ռազմավարական խնդիրներն են բիզնես գործընթացների օպտիմալացումը և հեռահար սպասարկման համակարգերի կատարելագործումը: Այդ կապակցությամբ որոշում է կայացվել մանրածախ վարկային պորտֆելի մի մասը «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ: Այս նորարարության շրջանակներում Բանկը նախատեսում է թողարկել բարձր տեխնոլոգիական գործիքներ, ներգրավել հաճախորդների նոր սեգմենտներ և ամրապնդել իր մրցակցային դիրքերը Հայաստանի բանկային շուկայում: Ներկայումս ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն աշխատանքներ է տանում «Мир» и UnionPay» վճարային քարտերի թողարկման ուղղությամբ»,- նշում է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ  Իվան Տելեգինը:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի կողմից փոխանցված ֆիզիկական անձանց  վարկային պայմանագրերի մասով վճարումների ընդունումը և ամբողջական սպասարկումը 2022թ․ մարտի 28-ից կիրականացվի Արդշինբանկում։ Բանկի հաճախորդները, ում պայմանագրերը կտեղափոխվեն Արդշինբանկ, կտեղեկացվեն տեղափոխման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ SMS հաղորդագրության և էլեկտրոնային փոստի միջոցով: Պայմանագրով սահմանված պայմանները, ներառյալ տոկոսադրույքը, վարկի ժամկետը և վարկի այլ հիմնական պայմանները ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդների համար մնում են անփոփոխ  և պահպանում են իրենց իրավական ուժը:
