Թուրքիան բաց է ռուսական С-400 ԶՀՀ-ի այլընտրանքների համար․ Աքար

Թուրքիան բաց է ռուսական С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համալիրների այլընտրանքների համար։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ռուսական զենք գնելը «ընտրություն չէր, այլ՝ անհրաժեշտություն», քանի որ դաշնակից երկրներից հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգեր գնելու փորձերը ձախողվել էին, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Թուրքիան կարող է ապագայում իր դաշնակիցներից նման զենք գնելու միջոց գտնել։ 

«Ս-400-ի գնումը ավարտված գործարք է, բայց, մյուս կողմից, մեզ ավելին է պետք»,- ասել է Աքարը։

2019թ․ Թուրքիայի կողմից Ս-400-ի գնումը վատթարացրել է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ նրա հարաբերությունները։ ԱՄՆ-ն հայտարարել է, որ դա չի համապատասխանում որպես ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակից նրա պարտավորություններին։  Վաշինգտոնը Թուրքիային բացառել է F-35 կործանիչների ծրագրից եւ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել նրա պաշտպանական գնումների գործակալության դեմ։ Նա սպառնացել է հետագա քայլեր ձեռնարկել, եթե Թուրքիան ակտիվացնի համակարգը կամ գնի մեկ այլ խմբաքանակ։

Այս ամսվա սկզբին ԱՄՆ-ն Թուրքիայի հետ ոչ պաշտոնապես քննարկել է նրա Ս-400-ի փոխանցումն Ուկրաինային։ Դրա դիմաց Վաշինգտոնը կվերացնի Թուրքիայի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները եւ F-35 ծրագրից բացառումը: Սակայն Անկարան հայտարարել է, որ չի քննարկի Ս-400-ից հրաժարվելու հարցը:
