Դանակահարություն խորտկարանում. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

Վարդանանց փողոցում գործող խորտկարանում տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը դանակով հարվածել է 62-ամյա տղամարդու պարանոցի հատվածին և դիմել փախուստի։ Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Այլ մանրամասներ է հաղորդում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ խորտկարանում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության դեպքը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:

2022թ. մարտի 26-ին՝ ժամը 21։28-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Վարդանանց փողոցից, «պարանոցի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ, իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 62-ամյա տղամարդ։

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ տղամարդը կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող նշված վնասվածքն ստացել է 2022թ. մարտի 26-ին՝ ժամը 20։30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցում գործող խորտկարանում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, որի ընթացքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը դանակով հարվածել է վերջինիս պարանոցի հատվածին և դիմել փախուստի։

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեկան գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեկան օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով։ Տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ։

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են ապացուցողական նշանակություն ունեցող դանակի նմանվող սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկա՝ արնանման հետքերով, ինչպես նաև՝ տղամարդու հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները, այլ կարևոր իրեր և առարկաներ, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, կատարվել է լուսանկարով անձի ճանաչման ներկայացնելու քննչական գործողություն: Տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքի բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
