Լորուտ գյուղի 42-ամյա բնակիչը հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացու սպանության կասկածանքով. տվել է ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք

Լոռու մարզի Լորուտ գյուղում սպանություն կատարած 42-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացու սպանության կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք: Այս մասին այլ մանրամասներ է հաղորդում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Լոռու մարզի Լորուտ գյուղի 24-ամյա բնակչի՝ հրազենային մահացու վնասվածք ստանալու դեպքը: 

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ դեպքի օրը՝ 2022թ. մարտի 20-ին, վիճաբանություն էր տեղի ունեցել տուժած երիտասարդի և 2003թ. ծնված համագյուղացու միջև, որի մասին վերջինս հայտնել էր հորը՝ նույն գյուղի 42-ամյա բնակչին, ով վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, գյուղամիջում, 24-ամյա երիտասարդին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կրակել էր վերջինիս ուղղությամբ:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած 42-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացու սպանության կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն կատարելու ուղղությամբ»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
