Պուտինն Էրդողանին ասել է, թե որ դեպքում կհանդիպի Զելենսկու հետ

Պուտինը մարտի 17-ին Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում թելադրել է Ուկրաինայում հրադադարի հասնելու իր պահանջները։ Այս մասին Էրդողանի խոսնակ Իբրահիմ Քալինը խոսել է Hürriyet թերթին տված հարցազրույցում, գրում է CNN-ը։

Էրդողանն առաջարկել է Զելենսկու և Պուտինի հանդիպումը կազմակերպել Թուրքիայում։ Սակայն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ղեկավարը նրան նախանշել է այն պահանջները, «որոնք բանակցություններից առաջ պետք է լուծվեն ղեկավարության մակարդակով»։

Քալինը նշել է առաջին չորս կետերը.

Ուկրաինայի չեզոքությունը, այսինքն՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամակցության մերժումը:

Զինաթափում և փոխադարձ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ` ավստրիական մոդելի համատեքստում:

«Դենազիֆիկացում», որը Պուտինն անվանել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն լայնամասշտաբ ներխուժման դրդապատճառ:

Ուկրաինայում ռուսաց լեզվի համատարած օգտագործման խոչընդոտների վերացում:

Նրա խոսքով` ենթադրվում է, որ այս չորս կետերում որոշակի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել։

Էրդողանի խոսնակը հավելել է, որ Պուտինը եւս երկու պահանջ է ներկայացրել, որոնք «ամենադժվարն են»։ Դրանք են` Ղրիմը Ռուսաստանի մաս ճանաչելը և ԼԺՀ-ի ու ԴԺՀ-ի անկախության ճանաչումը։ Քալինն ասել է, որ այդ կետերն անընդունելի են Ուկրաինայի և միջազգային հանրության համար։

«Եթե համաձայնություն ձեռք բերվի առաջին չորս կետերի շուրջ, ապա կարող է տեղի ունենալ հինգերորդ և վեցերորդ կետերի շուրջ ղեկավարության մակարդակով քննարկում»,- ասել է Քալինը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Էրդողանը Պուտինին կոչ է արել մշտական ​​հիմունքներով հրադադար հաստատել։
