«Մեղրու տարածաշրջանային բժշկական կենտրոն»-ի տնօրենը խաբեությամբ 11 բուժքույրերից ստացել է ընդհանուր 385000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար. գործը դատարանում է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են «Մեղրու տարածաշրջանային բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով խարդախություն կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ ընկերության տնօրենը բուժքույրերի վերապատրաստման՝ 2018թ. իրականացվելիք  դասընթացները Մեղրի քաղաքում կազմակերպելու նպատակով,   Մխիթար Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի ռեկտորին հասցեագրված գրությամբ խնդրել է «Մեղրու տարածաշրջանային բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ 39 բուժքույրերի՝ պետպատվերի շրջանակներում իրականացվող, վերապատրաստման դասընթացները կազմակերպել Մեղրի քաղաքում՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ քաղաքը սահմանամերձ տարածաշրջան է:

Այնուհետև խաբեությամբ ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, նշված հանգամանքը թաքցնելով վերապատրաստման ենթակա բուժքույրերից՝ վերջիններիս ներկայացրել է, որ դասընթացները Մեղրիում կազմակերպելու համար յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է վճարի 35000 դրամ գումար, պահանջել և ընկերության կադրերի տեսուչի միջոցով նույն ընկերության 11 բուժքույրերից ստացել է զգալի չափերով` ընդհանուր 385000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ «Մեղրու տարածաշրջանային բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել՝ ընկերության կադրերի տեսուչի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու մասին՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 35-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
