ՌԴ-ի համար չէր կարող կանխատեսելի չլիներ Արևմուտքից սպասվող պատժամիջոցները. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Ուկրաինայում ծավալված գործողություններից առաջ, Ռուսաստան-Չինաստան խորը համագործակցության և 5-ամյա ճանապարհային քարտեզի մշակումն ու հաստատումը պատահական չէր։
 
ՌԴ-ի համար չէր կարող կանխատեսելի չլիներ Արևմուտքից սպասվող պատժամիջոցները և նաև այդ համատեքստում պետք է դիտարկել ուկրաինական ճգնաժամից «5 պակաս» ՌԴ-Չինաստան համագործակցության վերջնական խմբագրումների իրականացումը։
 
Վերջին օրերին Արևմուտքից հնչող հայտարարությունները, որոնց ուղերձը Չինաստանին՝ ՌԴ-ի համար պատժամիջոցների շրջանցումից և որոշակի իմաստով՝ չեզոքացումից զերծ պահելն է, որևէ արդյունք չի ունենա։
Չնայած հնչող հայտարարություններն իրենց մեջ նաև որոշակի վերջնագրային երանգներ են պարունակում, սակայն դրանով Չինաստանին որևէ ձևով հետ կանգնեցնել չի ստացվի։
 
Նախ որևէ մեկը չի կարող Չինաստանի հետ շանտաժի լեզվով խոսել, որովհետև դրա հետևանքները կարող է շատ վտանգավոր լինել, երկրորդ, Չինաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի այս փուլում նկատվող աշխարհակարգային փոփոխությունները և ՌԴ-Չինաստան հարաբերությունների նման մակարդակը երկկողմանի շահերի տիրույթում է։
 
Չինաստանը երևացող ու չերևացող գծերով լուրջ ռեսուրսներ և ջանքեր է ներդնելու ՌԴ-ին քաղաքական, ռազմական, տնտեսական աջակցություն ապահովելու հարցում, որովհետև, կրկնում եմ՝ դա առաջին հերթին բխում է իր շահերից և նրան այդ ճանապարհից շեղել, նույնիսկ տեսականորեն, դժվար է պատկերացնել։
