«Քանի որ պետությունը լռում է , իսկ մեծամասնությունն էլ չի խոսում հացահատիկի ներկրման արգելի պայմաններում հնարավոր վտանգների մասին, ստիպված ես խոսեմ։

1. Հացի դեֆիցիտ չի լինելու, քանի որ.

Ա. ՀՀ այդ ոլորտի խոշոր խաղացողները ( արդեն հասկացաք ով֊ովքեր) ցորենի տարեկան վաճառքի պաշարը գնում են օգոստոս֊սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին` հունձի ժամանակ , քանի որ այդ ժամանակ ամենաէժան գինն է, հետագայում վաճառում են ամբողջ տարին։

Բ. Ալյուրի ներկրումն արգելված չէ։

2. Եթե դեֆիցիտ էլ լինի , Ռուսաստանը որոշակի քվոտաներ կտա հասկանալի պատճառներով։

Էս արգելքի հիմնական նպատակն այն է , որ ռիսկեր կան այս տարի ՌԴ֊ում բավարար քանակի ցանք չկատարվի` ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների դժվարամատչելիության պատճառով , իրենց ապահովագրում են` ավելցուկ պահելով , հետագայում 2022 թվականի բերքը քաղելուց հետո հասկանան` ինչքան պաշար ունեն ինչքանո՞վ ինքնաբավ կլինեն , ինչքանը հնարավոր կլինի վաճառել։

Հիմա ամենամեծ վտանգի մասին։ Ճիշտ է մեր սրտի գործարարները իրենց տարեկան վաճառքի պաշարներն ունեն , բայց հացահատիկի գնի վրա մեծապես ազդեցություն են թողել մանր ներկրողները, որոնց շնորհիվ մեծերը չեն կարողացել կամայական գնի բարձրացում կատարել , այս սահմանափակումներից հետո երբ մանրները դուրս են գալիս խաղից ամենայն հավանականությամբ մեծերը կփորձեն թանկացնել գինը ու թանկացման պատճառաբանություն կբերեն միջազգային շուկայում 400$+ գինը , ինչը մոտ 210 դրամի է հասնում։

Հիմա ամենամեծ ռիսկի մասին։ Երբ պետությունը խոսում է , որ խնդիր չկա, նայում է միակողմանիորեն ու շատ թերի , միայն տատիկիս ասած փորահացի պրիզմայով։ Խիստ տուժելու է մեր երկրի անասնապահության և թռչնաբուծության ոլորտները , որոնք չունենալով մեծ քանակությամբ դրամական միջոցներ , ներկրումները կատարել են շաբաթվա, ամսվա , եռամսյակային կտրվածքով` ըստ անհրաժեշտության։ Այ իրենք կոնկրետ փաստի առաջ են կանգնելու , քանի որ չեն կարողանալու գարի և եգիպտացորեն ներկրել։ Եթե խոշորները ներկրել են ապա թանկացնելու են և ստիպված ֆերմերները գնելու են թանկ գնով ինչը ազդելու է մսի , ձվի ինքնարժեքի վրա, հետևաբար համամասնորեն թանկանալու է, ինչը մեծ ռիսկեր է պարունակում, քանի որ հնարավոր է դրսի ներկրվածի նկատմամբ մրցունակ չլինի ու տեղի եւնենա գլխաքանակի խիստ կրճատում` իր բոլոր բացասական հետևանքներով։
