Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն ըստ խնդիրների, ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ, ներառյալ՝ խորհրդատվության տրամադրում և հստակ խնդրի հասցեագրում արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանում կամ համապատասխան հյուպատոսական հիմնարկ։
