Ռուսաստանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել սեփականաշնորհել ադրբեջանական ձեռնարկությունները

news.ru-ն գրում է, որ ռուսական ընկերությունները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել մասնակցել ադրբեջանական ձեռնարկությունների սեփականաշնորհմանը, ինչպես նաև ղարաբաղյան շրջանների վերականգնմանը: Այդ մասին ասված է Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Իլհամի հանդիպման մասին  Կրեմլի կայքում։  Նյութում նշվում է նաև Ռուսաստանի և ադրբեջանի միջև երկկողմ արտաքին առևտրային հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակի և ապրանքաշրջանառության աճի մասին։ Օրակարգում տնտեսական կապերի ակտիվացումն է խոշոր առաջատար նախագծերի միջոցով։ Զեկույցում ասվում է, որ ռուս տնտեսական օպերատորները պատրաստ են ակտիվորեն մասնակցել ադրբեջանական պետական ​​ձեռնարկությունների սեփականաշնորհմանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ տարածքների վերականգնմանը։ Նյութում հատուկ շեշտվում է  վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի աճի մասին։ 2021 թվականի հունվար-նոյեմբերին փոխադարձ առևտուրը կազմել է 2933,5 մլն դոլար (նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել է 14,4%-ով), ռուսական արտահանումը 2019,4 մլն դոլար (աճը 10,4%), ներմուծումը 914,1 մլն դոլար (աճը 24,6%)։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալիևը Մոսկվա էր ժամանել Պուտինի հրավերով: Կողմերը քննարկել են Ղարաբաղի շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքը։ Բանակցությունների արդյունքում ստորագրվել է երկրների միջև դաշնակցային համագործակցության մասին հռչակագիր։

Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը նախկինում արդեն մի քանի անգամ հանդիպել էր Պուտինի հետ։ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ռուսական պետության ղեկավարի հրավերով մեկօրյա աշխատանքային այցով էր մեկնել  Մոսկվա և մասնակցել Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև Ղարաբաղի հարցով եռակողմ բանակցություններին։ Հուլիսի 20-ին Մոսկվայում պետությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների և ռազմավարական գործընկերության ամրապնդման առանցքային հարցերը՝ շեշտը դնելով առևտրի, ներդրումների և հումանիտար համագործակցության վրա։ Նոյեմբերի 26-ին Սոչիում տեղի էր ունեցել հերթական երկկողմ հանդիպումը։ Ալիևի վերջին այցը Ռուսաստան կայացել էր 2021 թվականին դեկտեմբերի 28-ին։ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարն այցելել էր Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ, որտեղ կայացել էր Անկախ Պետությունների Համագործակցության մասնակից երկրների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովը։
