«Թուրքիան կբացի սահմանը, եթե Հայաստանը հավատարիմ մնա հարաբերությունների բարելավման գործընթացին». Էրդողան

Վաղը Վիեննայում կայանալիք հայ-թուրքական բանակցությունների երկրորդ փուլից առաջ նախագահ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, թե Անկարան պատրաստ է բացել սահմանը, եթե Հայաստանը վճռական է շարունակել բանագնացների մակարդակով ընթացող գործընթացը։

Աֆրիկայից տուն վերադառնալու ճանապարհին Էրդողանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում խոսել է նաև հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասին, ասել, թե գիտեն, որ Հայաստանը հստակ ակնկալիքներ ունի, մասնավորապես` սահմանները բացելու և դիվանագիտական կապեր հաստատելու ուղղությամբ։

«Եթե Հայաստանը հավատարիմ մնա բանագնացների մակարդակով նախաձեռնված գործընթացը շարունակելու գաղափարին, մեզ համար այլևս չեն կարող փակ սահմաններ լինել: Մարդկային շփումների ամրապնդման համար որոշեցինք վերականգնել երկրների միջև ուղիղ չվերթները: Այս ամսվա սկզբին մեկնարկեցին Ստամբուլ-Երևան կանոնավոր թռիչքները», - նշել է Թուրքիայի նախագահը։

Էրդողանի խոսքով՝ տարածաշրջանը խաղաղության, կայունության և բարգավաճման կարիք ունի և այդ գիտակցումով իրենք անկեղծ ջանքերով Հայաստանի հետ կարգավորման գործընթաց են սկսել: Թուրքիայի նախագահը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ևս կողմ է այս քայլերին:

«Անկարան գոհ է, որ Հայաստանը հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար կամք է ցուցաբերում և ակնկալում ենք, որ հայկական կողմը կշարունակի իր դրական մոտեցումը», - ընդգծել է նա։

Էրդողանը հավելել է, որ Հայաստան-Թուրքիա կարգավորումը նաև վեցի հարթակի շրջանակում է, որը Անկարան նպատակ ունի գործարկել. «Այս առումով Ադրբեջան-Հայաստան և Թուրքիա-Հայաստան կարգավորման գործընթացները միմյանց աջակցելով կարող են առաջ գնալ: Տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության գաղափարը ևս օգնում է այս գործընթացներին և սնվում դրանցից»։

Հայ և թուրք բանագնացների երկրորդ հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա վաղը՝ Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաքում։ Բանակցությունների օրակարգը հայտնի չէ, բայց պաշտոնական Երևանը հայտարարել է, թե առաջին՝ ճանաչողական հանդիպումից հետո առավել առարկայական քննարկում է ակնկալում։

Հանդիպումից առաջ Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Սերդար Քըլըչն այցելել է Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարք Սահակ արքեպիսկոպոս Մաշալյանին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև արտգործնախարարության Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի վարչության ղեկավարը։

Պատրիարքարանի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն, Սերդար Քըլըչը գոհունակությամբ է խոսել Հայաստանի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի հետ ունեցած առաջին հանդիպման մասին և հույս հայտնել, թե երկու երկրների տեսլականի համաձայն, փոխադարձ առողջ քայլերով պետք է հող նախապատրաստվի դրական զարգացումների համար:

Պատրիարք Մաշալյանը ողջունել է թուրք դիվանագետին և մաղթել, որ նրա ստանձնած դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը հաջողությամբ պսակվի։ Բարձրաստիճան հոգևորականը ընդգծել է, որ աջակցում է Թուրքիա-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները չեն սահմանափակվի երկու երկրներով, խաղաղության մթնոլորտ կձևավորվի ողջ տարածաշրջանում՝ դուռ բացելով տնտեսական, սոցիալական ու մշակութային զարգացումների համար:
