«Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Իշխող խմբակցության երկակի ստանդարների քաղաքականությունը ամենօրյա ռեժիմով կատարելագործվում է` էլ ավելի խեղաթյուրելով այն կառուցակարգերը, որոնք ընկած են այս կամ այն ոլորտը կանոնակարգող օրենսդրության հիմքում:

Ասվածի վառ վկայությունն այսօրվա հանձնաժողովի նիստն էր, որտեղ ներկայացնում էի ՀՌՀ անդամի մեր թեկնածուին:

Ուզում եմ հատուկ հանձնաժողովի անհանգիստ պատգամավորների համար պարզաբանել.

1. Պետք է հստակ տարանջատել քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությունն ու պետական ինստիտուտների աշխատանքի պարալիզացումը:
Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության նպատակը երբևէ չի եղել պետական ինստիտուտների պարալիզացումը: Ուստի իշխանությունները փոփոխվող են, իսկ պետությունը պիտի գործի` անկախ օրվա իշխանությունից, նրա նպատակներից, գերակայություններից, խնդիրներից և այլն: Հաշվի առնելով նաև, որ ՀՌՀ-ն ապաքաղաքական կառույց է, ուստի այդ կառույցում թեկնածու առաջադրելու հանգամանքը ոչ մի կերպ չի կարելի նույնացնել մնացած դեպքերում տեղ գտած ու հիմնավորված բոյկոտների հետ:

2. Հավանություն տալ թեկնածուի ներկայացրած տեսլականին և չընտրել վերջինիս` միայն կոնկրետ քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացմամբ պայմանավորված, նշանակում է ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատել հանգամանքն առ այն, որ իշխող թիմը ոչ թե ինքնավար մարմինները պրոֆեսիոնալ կադրերով համալրելու, այլ դրանք քպականացնելու նպատակ ունի:

Ի դեպ, պետական մարմինները պարտավոր են առաջնորդվել Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքներով, որպեսզի քաղաքական պատեհապաշտության արդյունքում կայացված որոշումների՝ դատարանի կողմից չեղարկումը չառաջացնի «ոնց են անելու» հարցի պատասխանը չգտնելու բարդություններ:
