Գիտնականներն ինքնաախտահանվող դիմակներ են ստեղծել վիրուսների դեմ պայքարի համար

Ռուս-չեխական հետազոտական ​​թիմը կենսաքայքայվող նանոհիբրիդային մանրաթելերը  սինթեզել է արծաթի եւ պղնձի հետ դրանց կազմոմ, որոնք ինքնաախտահանվող ֆիլտրերի հիմք կդառնան՝ հանրային վայրերում կորոնավիրուսից եւ այլ վիրուսներից պաշտպանվելու համար։ Նախագծի արդյունքները հրապարակված են Molecules միջազգային գիտական ​​ամսագրում։

COVID-19 համավարակն ընդգծեց էժան նյութերի անհրաժեշտությունը, որոնք կարող են արդյունավետորեն պաշտպանել մարդկանց օդակաթիլային կամ մակերեսների միջոցով փոխանցվող վիրուսներից: Քանի որ դեռեւս վիրուսային վարակների տարածումը կանխելու միասնական լուծում չկա, անհատական ​​պաշտպանության բազմաստիճան մեխանիզմներ են անհրաժեշտ՝ վիրուսի փոխանցման արագությունն արգելափակելու կամ գոնե դանդաղեցնելու համար, հայտնում է Planet Today-ը։

Այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար Ազգային հետազոտական ​​տեխնոլոգիական համալսարան (Մոսկվա), Կլինիկական եւ փորձարարական լիմֆոլոգիայի գիտահետազոտական ​​ինստիտուտի եւ Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի վիրուսաբանության գիտահետազոտական ​​ինստիտուտի (Նովոսիբիրսկ) եւ Կենտրոնական Եվրոպայի տեխնոլոգիական ինստիտուտի (Բռնո, Չեխիա) գիտնականների խումբը արծաթ կամ պղինձ պարունակող բարակ կենսաքայքայվող նանոմանրաթելերի լայն սպեկտր է  մշակել:

Մշակողների խոսքով՝ էլեկտրաձեւավորման միջոցով ստացված գերբարակ մանրաթելերը կարող են որպես ակտիվ ֆիլտրի շերտեր օգտագործվել իրենց յուրահատուկ ֆիզիկական եւ քիմիական հատկությունների, մասնավորապես՝ ցածր քաշի, ծակոտիների փոքր չափի, բարձր թափանցելիության, մեծ մակերեսի (1-ից 100 մ2/գ՝ կախված մանրաթելի տրամագծից եւ ծակոտկենությունից), ծակոտիների լավ փոխկապակցման եւ նանոմակարդակում ակտիվ քիմիական մասնիկների ընդգրկման հնարավորության շնորհիվ:

Գիտնականները ենթադրում են, որ պղինձ եւ արծաթ պարունակող նանաթելքավոր նյութերի գործողության արդյունավետության այս տարբերությունը կարող է կապված լինել նմուշներից արտազատվող իոնների տարբեր կոնցենտրացիաների հետ:

Ըստ մշակողների՝ պղնձով նանոմանրաթելերի բարձր հակավիրուսային ակտիվությունը հիանալի հնարավորություն է էժան ինքնաախտահանվող նյութերի պատրաստման համար։ Դրանք կարող են օգտագործվել օդի ֆիլտրման եւ դիմակների արտադրության համար, որոնք լվացում եւ ախտահանում չեն պահանջում:

Պոլիկապրոլակտոն-պղնձե նանոմանրաթելային դիմակների արտադրության ծախսերի կառուցվածքի մոտավոր գնահատումը ցույց է տվել, որ մեկ դիմակի արտադրությունը 0.28 ԱՄՆ դոլար կարժենա:
