Ողբերգական ավտովթար Աբովյան-Արզնի խճուղու վրա. Մահացել է 5 մարդ. Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

Փետրվարի 20-ին, երեկոյան, Արզնու խճուղում միմյանց են բախվել հանդիպակաց երթևեկող «BMW X5» և «ВАЗ 21061» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որից հետո «BMW X5»-ը բախվել է նաև իրեն հանդիպակաց ընթացող «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային և կանգնել։ Վթարի հետևանքով «ВАЗ 21061» ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և 1982, 2005, 1957, 1988թթ. ծնված ուղևորները տեղում մահացել են, իսկ ուղևորներից մեկը (ծնված 2007թ.)՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն: Այլ մանրամասներ է հաղորդում Հհ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ Արզնու խճուղում հինգ մարդու մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Նախնական տվյալներով 2022թ. փետրվարի 20-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Արզնու խճուղու միջնամասում միմյանց են բախվել հանդիպակաց երթևեկող «BMW X5» և «ВАЗ 21061» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որից հետո «BMW X5»-ը բախվել է նաև իրեն հանդիպակաց ընթացող «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային և կանգնել։

Վթարի հետևանքով «ВАЗ 21061» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի՝ 1976թ. ծնված վարորդը և 1982, 2005, 1957, 1988թթ. ծնված ուղևորները տեղում մահացել են, իսկ ուղևորներից մեկը (ծնված 2007թ.)՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն:

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են քննչական և դատավարական այլ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավումներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրում առկա տեսանակարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները, որոնք ենթարկվել են զննության:

«BMW X5» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի 28-ամյա վարորդը ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերջինս դեպքի ժամանակ գտնվել է ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում. վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել՝ դատատոկսիկոքիմիական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին:
