«Ներթափանցում է էպիթելի բջիջների մեջ և վարակում դրանք». բժիշկը օմիկրոնի գործողության մեխանիզմի մասին

radiokp.ru-ն գրում է, որ բժշկական գիտությունների թեկնածու, Սեչենովի համալսարանի թոքաբան Վլադիմիր Բեկետովը radiokp.ru-ին տված հարցազրույցում խոսել է մարդու օրգանիզմի կորոնավիրուսով՝ մասնավորապես նոր «գենետիկ տարբերակով» վարակվելու մեխանիզմի մասին։ «Նախ, ես ուզում եմ նշել, որ բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս օմիկրոնին նոր տեսակ չանվանել, քանի որ դրա տարբերությունը մյուսներից այնքան էլ արմատական ​​չէ, - ասաց Բեկետովը,- սա կորոնավիրուսի գենետիկ տարբերակն է:

Վիրուսի օրգանիզմ ներթափանցելու մեխանիզմը հետևյալն է՝ կորոնավիրուսային բջիջը՝ Ուհանից, դելտա շտամներից և մինչև օմիկրոնի տարբեր տարբերակներ, վարակում է շնչառական ուղիները ներթափանցելով էպիթելի բջիջներ։ Դա կարող է լինել քիթը, քթանցքը, կոկորդը, և շնչուղիների ստորին հատվածները, ասաց թոքաբանը»։

«Երբ վիրուսը մտնում է բջիջ, այն առաջացնում է հյուսվածքների վնասում, իսկ վնասն իր հերթին առաջացնում է բորբոքում: Իմունային համակարգի բջիջները, ցիտոկինները և հակամարմինները սկսում են թափանցել այն վայրը, որտեղ վիրուսը կուտակվում է։ Վիրուսի դեմ պայքարը ընթանում է վնասված հյուսվածքային դաշտում, որտեղ առաջանում են ցավ, այտուց, քթից արտահոսք և փռշտոց։ Եթե ​​վիրուսն ավելի խորն է ներթափանցում՝ բրոնխներ կամ թոքերի ստորին հատվածներ, ապա կարող է առաջանալ վիրուսի հետ կապված թոքաբորբ, բայց դա դասական իմաստով չի կարելի անվանել թոքաբորբ (բակտերիալ բաղադրիչ չկա): Եվ այդ ժամանակ վիրուսը կարող է սկսել տարածվել անոթների միջոցով ազդելով ներքին օրգանների, նյարդային համակարգի, և հենց անոթների վրա»,- ամփոփել է Վլադիմիր Բեկետովը։
