Սպանված 3 զինծառայողները բազմաթիվ այլ վնասվածքներ են ունեցել, նրանցից մեկն արնաքամ լինելով է մահացել. նոր բացահայտումներ

2021 թվականի օգոստոսին մարտական հենակետում սպանված երեք զինծառայողները հրազենային վիրավորումից բացի ունեցել են այլ վնասվածքներ,  զինծառայողներից  մեկի կողոսկրերը կոտրված են եղել, նա մահացել է արնաքամ  լինելով: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում զինծառայող Մուրադ Մուրադյանի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Հայարփի Սարգսյանը մանրամասներ հայտնեց դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունից, որն ավարտվել էր օրեր առաջ:

Փաստաբանի խոսքով` դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը հերքում է նախաքննական մարմնի այն վարկածը, թե զինծառայողները պարզապես քնած են եղել եւ մահացել են հրազենային վիրավորումից:

«Ակնհայտ է, որ զինծառայողների մարմնի տարբեր մասերին բութ առարկաներով հարվածներ են հասցվել և ակնհայտ է, որ մեկ կամ երկու անձ չէին կարող միանգամից երեք զինծառայողի այդ կերպ վնասել, մենք գործ ունենք խմբակային հարձակման հետ։ Այլևս անհերքելի փաստ է նաև, որ զինծառայողներից մեկը շուրջ մեկ օր ողջ է եղել և արնաքամվել, որից հետո ստացել մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում և կարճ ժամանակ անց մահացել: Դատաբժիշկը նշել է հետևյալ կերպ. մահը վրա է հասել փորձաքննությունը կատարվելուց մոտ 13-15 ժամ առաջ, հրազենային վիրավորում ստանալուց հետո որոշակի կարճ ժամանակ անց։ Փորձաքննությունը սկսվել է օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 11։00-ին։ Այստեղից հետևություն, որ մահը վրա է հասել օգոստոսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 20։00-22։00 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։ Երկրորդ` մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում ստացել է նշված ժամին, քանի որ մահը վրա է հասել այդ վիրավորումից որոշակի կարճ ժամանակ անց։ Երրորդ`ներքին օրգանների սակավարյունություն է արձանագրվել, այսինքն՝ արնաքամվել է։ Եզրահանգում եմ վերոգրյալ փաստերի հիման վրա, որ ի թիվս այլ վնասվածքների՝ մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքը Լևոն Հարությունյանին պատճառվել է օգոստոսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 20։00-22։00, այսինքն՝ դեպքից 18-20 ժամ հետո»,- ասաց նա:

Փաստաբանի խոսքով` բացի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունից մի քանի այլ փորձաքննություններ են արվել, որոնցով բացառվել է զինծառայողների օրգանիզմում թմրանյութեր, հոգեմետ նյութեր կամ ալկոհոլային ազդեցությունը, նաեւ սեռական բռնության ենթարկելու փաստը:

«Մինչ այս փորձաքննությունը մի քանի փորձաքննություն արվել է, պարզվել է, որ զինծառայողների օրգանիզմում թմրանյութեր, հոգեմետ նյութեր կամ ալկոհոլային ազդեցություն բացառվում է, դեռևս հագուստների և զենքերի փորձաքննություն չի իրականացվել։ Իսկ զենքերի գենետիկական փորձաքննություն նշանակված չի եղել, միջնորդել եմ, մերժել է քննիչը, պիտի բողոքարկեմ գլխավոր դատախազին։ Այսինքն՝ այն վարկածը, թե միջանձնային խնդիրներ են եղել, հարբած են եղել, թմրանյութ օգտագործած են եղել, ինչպես որ քննիչը հարազատներին է ասել, հերքվեց։ Նաև սեռական բռնությունն է բացառվել»,- ասաց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 19-ին մարտական հենակետերից մեկում հայտնաբերվել էր երեք զինծառայողի դի՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներով։
