Ֆրանսիան կոչ է անում մինչեւ 2023 թվականի սկիզբը կյանքի կոչել գլոբալ հարկային գործարքը

Համաշխարհային կորպորատիվ հարկի մասին համաձայնագիրը, որը ձեռք էր բերվել անցյալ տարի, պետք է իրականացվի մինչեւ 2023 թվականի սկիզբը, G20-ի իր գործընկերներին հայտնել է  Ֆրանսիայի ֆինանսների նախարար Բրունո Լը Մերը, փոխանցում է Reuters-ը։

Անցյալ տարվա հոկտեմբերին գրեթե 140 երկիր համաձայնության եկան բազմազգ կորպորացիաների համար 15 տոկոս նվազագույն հարկի դրույքաչափի վերաբերյալ եւ պայմանավորվեցին, որպեսզի այնպիսի ընկերությունների համար, ինչպիսիք են Google-ը, Amazon-ը եւ Facebook-ը, դժվար լինի խուսափել հարկերից՝ շահույթը գրանցելով ցածր հարկերով իրավասություններում:

Տեխնիկական մանրամասներն այժմ մշակվում են Փարիզի Տնտեսական համագործակցության եւ զարգացման կազմակերպությունում, որպեսզի մինչեւ հաջորդ տարի երկրները կարողանան նոր կանոնները ներդնել իրենց օրենսդրություններում:

Այնուամենայնիվ, այս ժամկետը շատ հավակնոտ է համարվում, հատկապես՝ այն պատճառով, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմն ամեն կերպ փորձում է օրենսդրություն ընդունել, որը ԱՄՆ օրենսդրությունը կհամապատասխանեցներ գլոբալ համաձայնագրին:

«Առանցքային խնդիրը մեր քաղաքական համաձայնագրի իրականացումն է։ Հետդարձի ճանապարհ չկա, մենք պետք է առաջ շարժվենք»,- հայտարարել է Լը Մերը G20-ի ֆինանսների նախարարների հանդիպման ժամանակ: «Ես իսկապես ՏՀԶԿ-ի համաձայնագրի շուտափույթ իրականացում եմ խնդրում՝ ինչպես Առաջին, այնպես էլ Երկրորդ կոմպոնենտների մասով, ոչ ուշ, քան 2023 թվականի սկիզբը», - հավելել է նա։

Լը Մերն ասել է, որ հրավիրել է G20-ի իր գործընկերներին հունիսին գալ Փարիզ՝ նոր բազմակողմ իրավական բազան ստորագրելու համար, որն անհրաժեշտ է գործարքի առաջին տարրը կյանքի կոչելու համար, ինչը դժվարացնում է թվային հսկաների համար շահույթի ստացումը ցածր հարկերով երկրներում:
