Բժիշկ Կոգանը խորհուրդներ է տվել համաճարակի ժամանակ տնային առաջին օգնության դեղարկղիկը համալրելու վերաբերյալ

Քթի փակվածության դեպքում Կոգանը խորհուրդ է տալիս դեղորայքի պահարանում ունենալ անոթները նեղացնող սփրեյներ կամ կաթիլներ։ «Կոկորդի ողողումների հիմնական նպատակը միկրոօրգանիզմների վրա հակասեպտիկ նյութերով տեղական ազդեցություն ունենալն է: Խոսքը հիմնականում բակտերիաների մասին է, օրինակ՝ անգինաների, ստրեպտոկոկկային ֆարինգիտների դեպքում։ Պետք է օգտագործել ֆուրացիլին կամ այլ հակասեպտիկ դեղամիջոցներ»,- խորհուրդ է տվել փորձագետը։ Նա պարզաբանել է, որ փափկեցնող միջոցները ճիշտ են կոկորդի ցավը նվազեցնելու համար, օրինակ, եթե ալերգիա չկա, ապա հարմար է տաք կաթը մեղրով։

«Առողջապահության նախարարության հուշագրում ՍՇՎ-ների ախտանիշների դեպքում  խորհուրդ է տրվում ընդունել D և C վիտամիններ: Կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ վիտամին D-ն արագ ազդեցություն չի ունենում: Այն պետք է նախօրոք ընդունել, և երկար ժամանակ»,- ասել է փորձագետը։ Բժիշկը նաև նախազգուշացրել է, որ հակակոագուլյանտներ ինքնուրույն չի կարելի ընդունել։
