IDBank-ն ամփոփում է IDream կրթական ծրագրի հերթական փուլը

IDBank-ն ամփոփում է IDream կրթական նախագծի հերթական փուլը. ծրագրի ավարտին հանդիսավոր միջոցառման ժամանակ մասնակիցները ստացան հավաստագրեր։

Բանկի կրթական ծրագիրն արդեն տարիներ շարունակ հնարավորություն է տալիս երիտասարդ սկսնակ մասնագետներին ձեռք բերել գործնական և տեսական անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներ՝ բանկային ոլորտում իրենց կարիերան սկսելու համար։ Նախագծի դրական կողմերից մեկն էլ այն է, որ լավագույն մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ստանում անմիջապես աշխատանքի անցնել IDBank-ում՝ իրենց կարիերան սկսելով կայացած և ուժեղ թիմում։

Ուսանողակենտրոն ծրագրի շնորհիվ մասնակիցները ծանոթանում են բանկային ոլորտի աշխատակցին անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներին՝ զարգացնելով կենսական հմտություններ պրոդուկտների վաճառքի և հաճախորդների սպասարկման գործում։

IDBank-ի ՄԿԿ տնօրեն Մարիանա Էդիլյանի խոսքով՝ IDream ծրագիրը գերազանց հնարավորություն է ուսանողների համար՝ կատարելու առաջին էական քայլերն իրենց մասնագիտական ոլորտում։ Այս անգամ IDream-ի դասընթացները ներառում էին տեսական այնպիսի փուլեր, որոնք ընդհանուր պատկերացում են տալիս ոչ միայն բուն բանկային գործի, այլև ընդհանուր գործարար միջավայրի մասին: Ի դեպ՝ այս պահին IDream-ի մասնակից ուսանողներից մի քանիսին մենք արդեն աշխատանքի առաջարկ ենք արել. հատկանշական է, որ անգամ այն ուսանողները, որոնք աշխատանքի են անցնում գլխամասում, նույնպես անցել են սպասարկման ոլորտի՝ մասնաճյուղի, զանգերի կենտրոնի դասընթացները. արդյունքում նրանք ավելի լիարժեք պատկերացում են ստանում հաճախորդների պահանջների, նրանց հետ շփման նրբությունների մասին, ինչը, վստահաբար, հետագայում հիմք կհանդիսանա մասնագիտական կայուն աճի:

Նախագծի մասնակիցներից Վիրաբը նշում է, որ տեսական ու գործնական դասընթացների համադրությամբ ծրագիրը շատ արդյունավետ էր․ «Ստանալով բազային գիտելիքներ Բանկի ընդհանուր կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին՝ մենք միանգամից կարողանում էինք ամրապնդել այդ գիտելիքները մասնաճյուղերում։ Կարծում եմ, որ ուսուցման նման ձևաչափը պետք է կիրառվի բոլոր կրթական հաստատություններում», - ասում է Վիրաբը և շեշտում՝ IDream ծրագրից իր սպասելիքներն ավելի քան արդարացված են․ այն հնարավորություն է տալիս ոչ միայն երազել, այլ նաև դարձնել երազանքդ իրականություն և միանալու IDBank-ի թիմին։

Նախագիծը հաջողությամբ ավարտած ուսանողներից մեկն էլ Էլեն Աղաջանյանն է, ում կարծիքով՝ IDream-ն իսկապես կարևոր ու անփոխարինելի փուլ է բանկային ոլորտի սկսնակ մասնագետների կյանքում։ «Հասկանալի է, որ բուհերի շրջանավարտները և վերջին կուրսերի ուսանողները հաճախ են բախվում աշխատանքային փորձի բացակայության պատճառով աշխատանք չգտնելու խնդրին։ Սա գերազանց հնարավորություն է նորավարտ մասնագետներին կրթելու, աջակցելու և աշխատանքով ապահովելու հարցում: Ինձ համար ևս սա հրաշալի հնարավորություն էր, քանի որ արդեն հանդիսանում եմ IDBank-ի աշխատակից, այսինքն սկսում եմ իմ կարիերան, որը, հուսով եմ, խոստումնալից կլինի», - ասում է Էլենը:
