Երևանում անցնում է CodeSignal ընկերության համաեվրոպական հավաքը

  • CodeSignal «Ararat Meetup» անվանումը կրող հավաքի ընթացքում Եվրոպայի տարբեր քաղաքներում հեռահար աշխատող ինժեներները համատեղ աշխատում են Երևանյան գրասենյակում, միասին քննարկում և լուծում ստրատեգիական մի շարք խնդիրներ։

Փետրվարի 14-ին Երևանում մեկնարկել է CodeSignal-ի համաեվրոպական հավաքը, որի շրջանակներում ընկերության աշխատակիցները մեկ շաբաթով Երևան են ժամանել Մեծ Բրիտանիայից, Ռուսաստանից, Ռումինիայից, Մոնտենեգրոյից, Շվեյցարիայից, Գերմանիայից և Իսպանիայից։ Երևանի գրասենյակը աշխարհում միակն է՝ չնայած նրան, որ ընկերությունն աշխարհի 12 երկրներում ունի 90 աշխատակից կամ Signalite։ Թիմի մեծ մասն ամբողջությամբ հեռահար է աշխատում, ինչը հաճախ խոչընդոտում է աշխատակիցների անմիջական շփումներին։ Երեք օրերի ընթացքում արդեն կայացել են բազմաթիվ գործնական հանդիպումներ, թիմակիցները միասին կարողացել են լուծել բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, անմիջական շփվել միմյանց հետ, ինչպես նաև վայելել Երեկոյան երևանը։ 

CodeSignal «Ararat Meetup»-ի ամփոփումը կլինի Դիլիջանում, որտեղ հիմնական շեշտը կդրվի եվրոպական թիմի առավել անմիջական շփմանը, թիմային խաղերին և համատեղ այլ միջոցառումներին։ Հիմնական նպատակն այն է, որ թիմի անդամները շփվեն նաև գրասենյակից դուրս և անձնապես ճանաչեն միմյանց։ Արդյունքում նրանք հնարավորինս լավ կիմանան միմյանց ուժեղ ու թույլ կողմերը, հետաքրքրություններն ու յուրահատկությունները։ 

CodeSignal ընկերության Տեխնիկական տնօրեն և հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Էդուարդ Փիլիպոսյանը նշեց, որ ամբողջությամբ հեռահար աշխատանքը հաճախ խոչընդոտում է աշխատակիցների անմիջական շփումներին, և Հայաստանում հավաքի նպատակն է բարձրացնել թիմային աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը՝ թիմի անդամներին հնարավորություն տալով անձնապես շփվել և մտերմանալ։ 

Եվրոպայի տարբեր քաղաքներից ժամանած Signalite-ները ծանոթանում են Հայաստանի պատմությանը, զբոսնում Երևանի փողոցներով, համտեսում հայկական խոհանոցի ուտեստներն ու այցելում թանգարաններ։ Բոլոր հյուրերն էլ մեծ սիրով ներգրավվում են և փորձում հնարավորինս լավ ճանաչել իրենց երևանյան թիմակիցների երկիրն ու մշակույթը՝ դարձնելով մշակութային փոխանակումը այս հավաքի կարևոր մի մասը։
